the item sets had mechanical bonuses when they were first introduced, it took them like a year to realize how shitty that was

1. that mod actually came out?
2. is that skin shit true because that's hilarious
I just finished watching this after spacing it out over several days. It's real good, some classic Mario Party Moments™
yeah looks like it went through like six patches or so, then he gave up
turns out balancing a game with that many knobs is hard
The best part is that in every other video the entertainment derived from Lindsay's play is how horribly awry things have gone for her (especially when they play GTA), but she is still very entertaining.

No, he gave up. He did test versions on his servers though.
And yes, though I don't know if he ever got it working before he quit.
I believe the last big change he added before quitting was making Heavy a giant, with 2k HP, and a minigun that covers a 90° cone. But you could only have 1 per team and there was a 2 min lockout for it if they died.
Yeah, they fucked up pretty bad there. Though the only set people really used much was the Spy one that gave you silent decloaks.
milkman scout was a great way to learn the class (I played that and basically nothing else for like six months to learn the class fundamentals), but I don't think it was ever better than the vanilla loadout

Personally I don't think Ken Ashcorp is very good but I like the bassline to Absolute Territory and I like Splatoon music

Every two weeks, a new song will be released, and you can hear it on YouTube, the Dial-A-Song website, Spotify, or Dial-A-Song itself at 844-387-6962. You can get a membership on the website and get unlimited downloads of every DAS track released this year for $30.
To play devil's advocate, just as a reminder, trailers are copyrighted works too. Just because it was released for free doen't automatically mean you have redistribution rights. Just throwing that out there.
Sure, but it still falls under Fair Use.

As a critic, his work is commentary, which is pretty much the archetypal example of fair use.
That's really over-estimating the breadth of fair use's protection.
he's just using trailer footage right?
Fair use is a defence that comes up in court, and everything to do with the DMCA and youtube's content id system is designed to give as little enforcement power to it as possible, because they don't really have to.
So, moviebob would probably be covered by fair use with that stuff, but neither youtube nor whoever's claiming it has any incentive to listen to that, since they're not going to experience any downsides to claiming or upholding claims unless it escalates to court, and youtube itself is completely immune from having claims brought against it by users (there's an interesting argument to be made that they could be made to lose their safe harbour because of their failure to consider fair use when dealing with dmca claims, but youtube is also owned by google and when it comes to intellectual property google just gets away with doing all sorts of shit)

Juxtaposed with his views of the movie, for good or ill.
One problem is that fair use is not a shield against takedowns themselves, it's an argument you make in court to defend yourself after the claim has already been established. There's no actual shield against claims against you, and YouTube doesn't care about protecting creators or reimbursing them. Their system punishes creators first, helps them never.
I am not that big of a Bruno Mars fan, but I love this video because I loved In Living Color as a kid.
It skins your knuckles
I see that infomerchial a lot sadly
I don't see how applying Fair Use to criticism is a stretch in any way.
They're still airing that dudes stuff after he was arrested for fighting that prostitute?
Here yes? I think they bought a lot of air time since it's him doing a 5 minute info or Farmers only being cheesy again
Yes
Yep, those T-Rexes are still funny.
