I’d like to reiterate one of my common complaints that it’s dumb that there’s not more visual crossover for characters. It’s cool that nazeebo has a troll head. More stuff like that. It’s a shame that that seems to be relegated to skins that just do “hammer, but an orc”. It adds a lot tothe flavour of the nexus

Yeah, I heard there's supposed to be something "big" being announced that was unrelated to new Heroes. System changes perhaps? Either way, seems like people who saw it ahead of time (I know Khaldor did, I dunno who else) seemed pretty confident that the playerbase would like it.

Yeah I anticipate his AA will be just like in Overwatch - an aimed skillshot with a charge-up component that lowers his movespeed while he is pulling his bow. In other words, he might not have a "standard" AA at all.
I doubt he'll be able to one-shot things but I bet he will do pretty good damage with each shot.
You know what would be hilarious, though? If the arrow animation was noticeably smaller than its hitbox. So, just like Overwatch.

How would that even work though?
Ranged autoattacks by design are projectiles that track your target. You right click a target, you start firing.
Skillshots work because they're on Q/W/E keys.
You can't assign an AA to being a skillshot because Rightclick doesn't work that way.
Do what they should have done for Junkrat, literally don't have a right click but instead have a Q with a half-second cooldown.
Edit: I guess Junkrat would still have to have charges, but give him the proper 5 shots to a clip and instead of this weird-ass back end cooldown just make him reload whenever he runs out like Tracer.
In other news, I think I figured out Ana and she's pretty fun when you have good games. Still frustrating when your allies wanna juke all your shots though, so just like OW!
It probably helped that I had a 2 healer comp and an actual tank that game, insteady of you know 4 dps.

If y'all are complaining about mobility creep you DO NOT want Winston. Move-while-attacking tickling you to death is his entire shtick, plus a short-cooldown (6s in OW) leap and an ult that makes it a 1s cooldown.
He'd also probably be a waveclear tank which is always dangerous ground, as his AA is AoE.

Orisa would be cool but too much gameplay overlap with Zarya I feel. Reinhardt would probably take a lot of numbers tuning to get him to feel right to play against but the shield mechanic is something perfect for these games as a protective tank. Just make it eat projectiles and/or redirect some of the damage to himself. Just fucking copy Braum from League and then edit the skills to be Reinhardt and bam.

Yeah Winston would be the worst. Always moving with aoe damage, lots of health, and super mobility.
You guys realize your descriptions of Winston are basically what D.Va is, right? AoE attack, move while shooting, mobility skill?
Winston's AoE is wider, which aught to make it a lot easier to hit the entire minion wave or multiple heroes in a teamfight. And the big deal would be he probably wouldn't have the permanent -15% movespeed that D.Va has.
Edit: Also his second health bar, while probably on a sizable cooldown, is massive and instant.

Teams that dive the other team when you are Garrosh and you consistently get easy picks is super tilting. It's almost as tilting as playing Morales/Ana and not being able to do jack but watch your teammates do stupid shit over and over again.
Garrosh is so silly with any reasonable amount of coordination. I played one game this morning with a Garrosh on my team, I was on Kael'thas. He would just pull, toss an enemy over. I gravity lapse, my team tosses abilities in, and someone is deleted. Now it's 5v4, and in a few seconds we can do it again :P
