Also, the transformation trait seems like you can use it just whenever. Kind of like a mobile Ragnaros trait. Probably huge movement penalty I'd assume, making escape (and probably bodyblocking allies) a huge issue.
I played my first game of HL in years, my whole team was arguing, each one wanted to blame something different to explain why we were losing, some were blaming individuals, others our hero selection, some the map and game balance. There was a big argument about what to argue about.

the zeratul in that short video looked ghosted but clearly visible. so in my mind it's mostly stealth for minions and minimap? so they'd have their power increased as stealth would be a smaller chunk.
Did they mention details about exactly how performance based matchmaking is going to work? We've discussed this multiple times here and there are a lot of ways that it can go catastrophically wrong

Yup. I assume you can turn it off which is what I will do immediately. May be nice and convenient when playing with full stack friends though.
