The other day I had lunch with my dad and we were talking about music and he said that when he was a kid, in the 1950s, the two STEREOPHONIC albums of his parents' that he loved the most were by Harry Belafonte and Henry Mancini, and he asked if I knew who Henry Mancini was, and duh, of course. I've played Spy Hunter.

Enrico Nicola "Henry" Mancini (April 16, 1924 – June 14, 1994)[1] was an American composer, conductor and arranger, who is best remembered for his film and television scores. Often cited as one of the greatest composers in the history of film,[2][3] he won four Academy Awards, a Golden Globe, and twenty Grammy Awards, plus a posthumous Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995.
His best known works include the theme to The Pink Panther film series ("The Pink Panther Theme"), "Moon River" to Breakfast at Tiffany's, and the theme to the Peter Gunn television series. The Peter Gunn theme won the first Grammy Award for Album of the Year. Mancini also had a long collaboration on film scores with the film director Blake Edwards.
My dad, who is a jazz musician, went on to say that in his mind, the Peter Gunn soundtrack album is actually one of the best jazz albums of the 1950s and belongs on the same list as stuff like
Kind of Blue. He feels like it was underrated at the time because Mancini was "only" a TV and film composer.
But what a composer!

I used to have a four-CD set of his stuff, including the complete soundtrack to The Days of Wine and Roses. I used to listen to this when I was up late in college, wondering about life, and at other times since. It's good for that.

As you sit around the warm house on a cold holiday night, pour yourself a glass of something calming and put this dude on. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Let everything go, just for a little while.

In America we call the sandwich (usually beef that has been soaking in the jus as well) that you dip into the jus a French Dip.

A slight update to this: look around for a leveling video or build idea ahead of time. It can be mildly overwhelming at first between the skill tree, currency, skills, etc. Fortunately, the community, in particular the popular Twitch streamers, tend to do a good job of putting out guides and content to help newer players get started.
