Joel McHale is starting a Totally Not The Soup weekly half hour variety show on Netflix titled The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale

Holy shit, that's twice the episodes.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.

That Chelsea Handler talk show they had previously was weekly too
They just raised the price of Amazon Prime. Right after cancelling all those shows. Nice.
Prime also covers about a thousand things beyond video streaming so 12 bucks a month or 99 bucks a year doesn’t seem that unreasonable.
free 2-day shipping alone will make you your money back really quickly

I largely subscribe to Prime for their movie service, because I don't buy many things online
But that free shipping gets a hell of a workout during Halloween season

I just finished electric dreams on Amazon. There were around five episodes that I thought were really good. One that was mostly good. Then there were a few duds. They got some really good actors, directors, and writers for the show and looked like they spent them dollars on everything from the cg sets and costumes.
All in all not bad for a new anthology show. I would definitely recommend it.
Hopefully this one gets renewed.

I’m enjoying Star Trek Discovery, but at the same time I kinda don’t feel like they’ve earned the plot line they’re going for.
They made us watch two entire episodes at the beginning of the season to set it up, I don't know how much more they could have earned it. I'm so glad new Star Trek is (mostly) good.

No it doesn't.
I think it's great that they're just diving right into it.
I agree way too much of it is Earth-centric. More aliens, please!

they should call it McHale's Navy Bean
i need this to succeed and be a straight up carbon copy
talk soup/the soup were integral to who i am as a person
The Living and the Dead did this! There were only six weeks, though.
I guess we're just waiting for that Charmed reboot at this point.
Hey, a timeline on new castlevania!

Except with no JCVJ, so actually much less.

Sympathetic, Zonny. He's not justified in freakin mass ritualistic murder.
i mean
maybe he is?
Wallachia deserves to burn to the ground.
How do I somehow have bigger crushes on everyone in this show now?
My favorite moment in the first season is the demons speech about how “God aint here, bro” to the bishop.
For me its Trevor's off screen "I don't care"
They got rid of Anime strike though and while actual subs still elude them it's a start.

We are always talking about Farscape.
The absolutely destroyed and broken look by Crichton at the end of different destinations.
Just fucking haunted
Oh god yes!
I dearly loved The Soup. I don't care what else he does in his career, I'm a Joel McHale fan for life because of that show.
