I'm fascinated for what character EC3 will get in the WWE. Surely he is not coming back as Derrick Bateman as hilarious as his shenanigans with Daniel Bryan were.
He owns the character so he’d have to allow WWE to make money off it. So that’s not a good sign for it I’d say. Speaking of EC3...
He was spotted at the PC on Tuesday

I absolutely think he's coming in as Derrick Bateman, but I don't think it'll be the same character as before, the same way that Drew Galloway came back as Drew McIntyre but not 3MB Drew McIntyre.
I wonder if he's not trying to work us. I sympathize with the problem, to be sure, but I can't imagine WWE couldn't find another way to get him there -- especially with one of his best friends being one of the highest-ranked people in the company. Send the damn private jet for him!
Not that I'm dying to see him there (nor am I opposed to it), it just all seems a bit suspect to me, considering.

Oh no the bad wrestler who spent his career being a political backstabbing nightmare asshole won't be on Raw
Like I said, I'm not too concerned whether he's there or not; the story reads as fishy either way.
I don't really think it does? This is a guy who got out of jobbing at WCW's biggest PPV by claiming a heart attack and then turning around and saying it was just indigestion afterwards. If he wanted to fabricate an excuse, I almost have to think he'd go bigger than "my reconstructed knee doesn't do well with long flights".

Lacey Evans suddenly discovering the power of her punch and looking at her fist like "Oh hello, gorgeous, why didn't you tell me you could do that?" is pretty great.
Huh, just found out that DeSean Pratt, fka Amasis from Chikara, retired from wrestling a few weeks ago.
Now his FB page has him from late last year talking about how hype his 2018 is going to be, so I'm not sure how much of it is a work. I know he got unmasked in Chikara and then tried to make it on his own, unmasked, as the Prince of Camden DeSean Pratt, but I'm also hearing he had a few bad injuries near the end of 2017 that might have made the decision for him. Then again, the report about his retirement and injuries also credited those injuries to a match he had with his longtime former tag team partner Ouroboros (fka Ophidian. It's a Chikara thing) so while I wanna believe it's a work, I doubt someone who left all those Chikara shenanigans behind is just going to pretend to retire from wrestling.
Ethan Page totally vanity searches himself on Twitter. If anything, that's his gimmick.
But just treat it like how the 5 recent NXT callups were basically all faces down in NXT but are now supposed to be hated heels on the main roster. It doesn't make sense but roll with it.

Let’s be perfectly honest here
The character and arc a talent had in NXT shouldn’t necessarily define how they are in their main roster debut
It’s part of the problem with NXT doing all the character development and arcs and WWE expecting the Raw and SDL audience to just automatically know and react accordingly
I think he’s one of those characters with a forever job, crowds and kids love him plus he’s a pretty safe worker I think? So nxt’s santino
He could definitely have a solid spot as the designated safe worker for people to build off of but I think any hope or ideas of Jose being anything beyond that are pretty well gone

Elix Skipper and Michael Shane should have been bigger deals in the wrestling world.

Not so much today though as Vince successfully de-fanged every wrestler pretty much.
If Hulk Hogan shows up on Raw next week or anytime between now and Mania (or at Mania) how many here will stop watching WWE altogether

I don't think we have to worry about that any time soon.

Big bad font slogan shirts ain't my thing
Not that I'm sure a color shirt is appropriate for Braun, but still.

He has had ZERO momentum at all and hasn't had a significant role on NXT since he got taken out ofbthe mixed tag match at Takeover Orlando last year
