I'm still no clear on why Zaid was sold. Or why he was even held by Mammon to begin with when it seems like Mammon doesn't even care what the other demiurges are up to.
Depends how long it takes your mind to recover from every single vaulted trauma being inflicted upon you all at once. If you ever do.
This is honestly an act of supervillainy.
I mean his mind is literally collapsing under its own weight and he just tried to kill her because he’s unwilling to deal with his trama and will do anything to avoid that.
By the way, apparently the trans magical girl in Sleepless Domain is that one grey haired magical girl who's not part of the nightly monster purge, Zoe. I'm told Cagle confirmed it in the Discord after readers noticed some similarities between Zoe and the description from the family.

Because he's the bank.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
I like the implication in that Sleepless Domain panel that all the magical girls aren’t marching forlornly into the meat grinder. It’s more like a brief stint in the military, then you get out and can lead a real life. And sometimes a gravity monster mushes you up.

The question is if Patrick tried to kill her or if these segmented consciousnesses tried to kill her. We don't actually know if any of them are Patrick or if all of them combined are Patrick or even if his conscious self has any say in here. Even if this was actually him I'd still be judging Allison for her methods, because personally to me mindfucking someone is worse than actually killing them. It's a violation of the last sanctuary that no one else should ever be able to touch.
In Persona 5 terms she's essentially forcing the collapse of the Palace, which was always seen as a Very Bad Thing to do and only the actual villains used the method because of what would happen.

The only justification I can rationalize for Allison's actions is that Patrick has constructed this farce for himself that has finally hit its limit. He cannot force himself to be a machine on his quest and crush every thing that generates an emotional response in him.
It's that he made himself into a Razer, it's that he's fearing Allison and and emotion as a liability that he has to destroy. What happens when it's a painting, a puppy, a child?
that's literally the best way to deal with a manipulative mind reader though, just make him a sobbing mess of a human, flooded with a turbulence of uncontrollable, inescapable trauma, most of which isn't even his own
it's not the nice thing to do, nor the heroic one, but it is very effective
In a way Patrick would be proud, if he wasn't so far up his own ass he's wearing his nose as a hat
The bad queen has crashed her entire floating continent directly into the dragon's vault, bypassing his security and probably presaging a fight between them
And since old man dragon is, you know, senile, I suspect it might not be much of a fight. More importantly, though, this might be the opening salvo of a new multidimensional war which would be bad for everyone except Alison and the 'Gods.'

Abbadon has stated that Mammon is the weakest of the Demiurges
yes, even weaker than Jadis, who's emaciated and stuck in a giant block of glass
so I'm guessing there's a very real chance Mottom is going to slay the dragon

The city isn’t his mind, it’s what his mind constructed to keep him from accessing his bad memories, and was growing increasingly dysfunctional to the point of it being dangerous itself. He tried to break his own skull open immediately prior to passing out.

hasn't it been consistently set up as rockstar rather than conscript

That's not how it works at all in Persona 5.
Collapsing a Palace is a good thing; it's what the heroes do at the end of every dungeon. Killing a person's Shadow is the bad thing, as it renders the persons catatonic or worse.
You know what? Nanowrimo's cancelled on account of the world is stupid.
originally there was a different artist, Oskar Vega, but they left the project after chapter 2 and Mary Cagle decided to handle both the art and the writing.

The Palace is supposed to collapse by itself when the Shadow accepts their need to change and disappears. Forcing the collapse would likely be of immense harm to the person since that'd definitely kill the Shadow.

Well, on the one hand he's senile.
On the other hand, he's a fucking dragon.
Smaug was a "counting dragon" too.

Love the alt text in that one.
That's not how it works at all in Persona 5.
I made a new one my notifications will now suffer for it
Now I really want cagel to just do one panel gender swapped of any of the group of girls for argument's sake.
