What do you mean? It's not doing it anymore?

Stitches' hook would def hit and pull Nova and reveal her. It's also a stun.

It won't hit or reveal mines. The Abathur mines. It'll still hit heroes, whether or not they are stealthed.

Does any skillshot that doesn't hit the ground do this? Hit the mines if not revealed?

"Skillshots that don't hit the ground" do not hit mines, whether they are revealed or not. Because, you know, they aren't "hitting the ground" :P.

Pretty sure, at least. I don't htink that's a super formal definition and I don't have all of them in mind, but it seems right. You need a point-and-click or an AoE to hit the mines, like auto-attacks, Chain Bomb, Blizzard, etc.

Yes? Tossing out something to clear mines is something you should do vs Abathur.

Mines also hit Falstad, even when he's flying across the map.

Because mines are great and fun to play against.

This makes me wonder if there is an interaction between a flying Falstad and Probius' Null Gate. That would be interesting to see...

Blizzard should really revamp Training Mode to include custom "Challenges" that train players on hero specifics, map awareness, map specifics, tactics, and team coordination. You make lots of them and give out rewards for completing them (portraits, gold, loot crates, etc).

    For example:

    Scouting Ahead
"Oh no! You've been poisoned and you can't Hearthstone because your Core is down for repairs. Quickly find your way back to Deckard Cain who's brewing up an antidote.

But be careful, Abathur has sent an army of clones and placed a field of landmines to ambush you! Use your abilities to check into places you can't see."

In this mission, you play as Stitches with your health quickly depleting. The idea is that you'd use your Q/W to check bushes instead of face checking them.

These types of maps were really useful for teaching techniques in StarCraft 2. Since the engines are virtually identical, it would be neat for Blizzard to open map making to the community for this purpose.

    Tweet this to Blizzard.

    Seriously. Do it. Do eeeeeeeeeeeettttt.

Sure, why not. Doubt anything will come of it, but it probably wouldn't hurt. To be fair though, an idea like this would probably get a lot more traction and views if it was posted on Reddit instead. I've never done Reddit stuff, but any of you could feel free to post it if you wanted to.
Hook won't trip or reveal mines so that's kinda wonky.

The idea was that Stitches' W would reveal the mines while you could throw hooks into bushes to snag clones. Since it's just a challenge mode, the cooldowns could be shortened to make it easier. Also, I'd randomize the challenge so you couldn't just memorize a path to win.

It's not an official part of the game so it only has data in games you or someone that was in game with you (on either team) uploads. I haven't bothered uploading any of my games in a long time. Because the owner refuses to vet his advertisements do they don't contain malicious crap, but if you use an add blocker he detects it and you can't see the statistics you yourself uploaded. So fuck that guy.

Hotslogs is under new management so I would likely recommend using it eventually as it makes stat collection that much easier. Unless you're doing a detailed review of all your replays, it's unlikely that it fails to capture many stats that are presented in the game's stats screen/match history. Uploading replays just requires a lightweight application that checks your replays folder for unuploaded files.

I suppose, the talent rates can be interesting to look through.

But it doesn't track the main thing I track (Reward XP at EoG, XP/Min, XP/Battleground, etc.) which I use to figure out how long it takes me to level up heroes.

I was wondering if it had changed hands or if the guy running it finally came to his senses, either on his own or by blunt force trauma. The last few times I've been to the site, i haven't had issues with it kicking me out for having adblock on. Although i do have a script block too which would keep that from happening a lot. Either way, it seems like the site runs a lot more smoothly for me now.

It's run by Zam network now. I'm not suuuper familiar with them, but I know they run Wowhead and that Danielle Riendeau (who I like a lot) used to write for them, so I think previous issues should be solved.

Yeah in that case I would probably continue using your own personal spreadsheets. I'm guessing you're trying to do XP grinds in AI? Hotslogs is targeted towards the PVP game modes.

Trying to play more Garrosh lately since he's really strong and I like Tanking. Played with @Dibby and @milk ducks just now and did alright. 1 awful game, 1 average game, and 1 great game. Of course playing with PA and Friends™ makes any hero feel OP. Like him though, will definitely need to play him more often to get a good feel.

Edit: Ironically, the great game with on-point throws on all the enemy squishy's came with my 2.5-year old daughter on my lap watching videos on the other monitor. Near the end, she tried getting down and got tangled up in my headphones causing me to have to stop moving. Somehow I lived. :)

That poor team's KT was getting hurled all over the place. After getting killed by facechecking a bush containing Garrosh within 30 seconds of the match starting, I'd avoid them all like the plague. Because real talk, I felt like Jason stalking my victims during that entire game. Feasted on KT and Cain all match.
