Email/contact for forum assistance? (changing email address)

Throwaway here since I can't post on my real: anyone have the contact email or method for changing an email address on an account? Apparently a legit one is needed to post now and a decade ago I wasn't any more interested in giving a forum my real email address than I am today, but shucks I miss posting. If this is something that is not available I shall return to my exile in peace and take up knitting.
