04 Hyundai Tiburon- Outside temperature was 5°-10°. Driving on freeway 2 job interview, I guess thermostat was sticking cause gauge was stuck below C while driving, then car started loosing power, & quit, so pulled it back home. When trying to start it, car cranks, but won't turn all the way over to start. Please help! So, I can get 2 my rescheduled job interview. Thank you!

You should ideally take it to an actual mechanic to help figure out what the problem is, even if you're currently unemployed. Don't disconnect the battery or it will wipe any OBD codes that may have rung up on the onboard computer.

That being said, the first car I ever owned was a 2001 Tiburon, and from experience if a Tiburon suddenly stalls and drops off during driving and cranks but doesn't turn over like that when attempting to start again, fairly notorious possible reasons are the camshaft/crankshaft position sensors(especially if the car has done this before). The wire insulation on the sensors are cheap garbage and tend to deteriorate more quickly than other parts in the car, leading to shorts, and when this happens the car will refuse to start. But fortunately they're pretty easy to actually replace - might be a little bit pricey though at $50-90/part.

This is of course an off-handed guess, so heed the advice as appropriate.
