    But I think there is something going on since the Russos specified Hawkeye was going to have a solo subplot in the movie and not actually be part of the big Team-Up, and they've been actively joining in on the #WheresHawkeye shit

    He won't be in it at all.

    After-credits stinger: on his family's farm, it's shown that his cell phone was turned off so he never got the call. He turns on the television and is like "well damn, guess I'd better round up the C-team" and then they have a shot of him dialing all the Netflix heroes, and also deliberately skipping over Coulson's number.
