500 HP, 100 armor. 80 Rounds for his primary machine gun fire, and they do pretty respectable damage, and they can headshot
shift turns him into his ball form. Only a 1 second cooldown, so he has it pretty much whenever he wants. As far as I can tell he doesn't have a head hitbox while he's in ball form?
While he's in ball form, he can hit crouch if he's airborn to do a sudden drop down into the ground, for... well, some amount of damage? Clearly it's for initiating dives from high ground. Feels like a high damage ability anyway.
While in ball form he can also hit right click onto a wall to attach a grappling hook. You can hold right click to maintain the wire, and you'll build up speed swinging around it. You can then let go to send yourself rolling off in high speed in a direction you want. So you can hook a corner, spin around at high speed, and ram into the enemy team.
Once he's amongst the enemy team, he can hit E to gain shields based on how many enemies are nearby. It seems like QUITE A BIT of shields
His ult is dropping proximity mines, which float up off the ground and do a lot of damage.
Basically he seems, well... Like a wrecking ball. You wanna run deathball? He'll just run straight into the whole team and be rewarded for doing so. Super aggro off tank.
A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.

this character is goddamn ricockulous and I am here for it
Okay after watching the Jeff video, it's clear he ain't evil or a Junker
Which is fine because the idea of this curious little hamster in a giant Mech wandering the world getting into shit because he likes to fight and test his Mech and explore is wonderful
Several heroes have received major changes to their damage falloff:
Bastion
Configuration: Sentry and Configuration: Recon - Minimum damage at max range increased from 30% to 50%.
McCree
Peacekeeper - Minimum damage at max range increased from 30% to 50%
Mei
Endothermic Blaster - Removed all damage falloff from her secondary fire projectile
Soldier: 76
Heavy Pulse Rifle - Minimum damage at max range increased from 30% to 50%
Widowmaker
Widow's Kiss - Now has damage falloff applied on her automatic primary fire (50% at max range)
Developer Comments:The goal of these changes is to slightly reduce the impact of damage falloff on mid-range weapons. While assessing falloff mechanics across the board, weapons intended primarily for close-range combat benefited too greatly from lowering their falloff restrictions. We also normalized a couple of outliers in that Mei had a long-range travel time projectile with falloff applied and Widowmaker's automatic fire did not have any.
Hanzo
Storm Arrows
Duration reduced from 6 to 5 seconds
Cooldown increased from 8 to 10 seconds
Developer Comments: Hanzo’s new kit has proven to be a bit too powerful, especially his new Storm Arrows ability. We’re lowering the frequency that he can have this ability available to make it more reasonable to play around.
Sombra
Stealth
Now lasts forever
No longer can contest objectives while invisible
Enemy detection radius increased from 2 meters to 4 meters
Now lasts forever
Can now be destroyed (has 5 health)
Developer Comments: These changes allow Sombra to more easily play as an infiltrator and scout for her team, as well as give her time to pick and choose when to reveal herself to ambush her enemies.
along with some other stuff i was too lazy to copy and paste
I got two robots in the video, but I could get all three if the robot placement was good. I was also doing things like passing under a bridge, hooking the bridge, looping back over the bridge, and then slamming on the other side like you might on a pursuing opponent. Shit's gonna be crazy.
Quick impressions from playing a few games with him and against him
Hammond is fucking ENORMOUS when he's deployed. Like, he's probably a slightly larger target than Roadhog? He's HUGE. He is very, very easy to hit. However, his head hitbox is relatively small for a tank, and when he's in ball form you can't crit him at all.
So Hammy is quite good against burst heroes, like snipers and Mccree and such. Especially once his shield goes up he just has so many HPs he doesn't care about your burst. Buuut he can be shredded pretty easily by rapid fire DPS and shotguns. Also while his guns can burst out quite good damage, he reloads fairly slowly, so you can have trouble in a sustained fight against other off-tanks.
His playstyle seems aggressive as all hell - you want to play him like, well, old D.Va, only moreso. If they're in a deathball, slam into them, gain a ton of shields, and make everyone turn around to shoot at you, and hope your team is coming in behind. If they're turtled up you can roll in and drop your prox mines and goodbye enemy team.
It's hard to judge these things from unorganized PTR games, but he seems like he'd pair well with a very aggro rein, or with a Winston, as long as the Winston understands what dives Hammond can and cannot follow in on. And he seems like he could definitely work in some kind of nasty triple tank dive, although between D.Va and Hammond the enemy DPS will be very well fed indeed with free ult charge.
I dunno, he's super interesting, and seems like he's got a very high skill ceiling. I think high-level Hammond players are gonna be pretty dang scary (and low-level ones will feed so fucking hard)

I like this Mei change, but I think they should just swap her M1 and M2, and make the freeze have a slowing effect rather than outright freezing you solid.
And also, give her 400HP and put her in the tank class.

I'm pretty sure I just saw Wrecking Ball, after everyone else is dead, escape by grappling underneath on the final point of King's Row, swinging up the other side onto the point, and backcapping the point to win.

imagine being a pharah going for the sneaky flank at that point, only to find an enemy wrecking ball swinging around all over the place down there
i'm a lot more sold on hammond now, having watched the dev videos and watching seagull's stream, tho he's desperately in need of better skins, and my original point still stands

The ground pound does damage, but also pulls enemies towards him like Doomfist's does. I'll have video up shortly.
Also, the voice lines are pretty choice.
