The 3* moogle FP campaign is nice and certainly people will finish some TMRs with it. That said there are a million 3* units and chances of getting enough moogles for the 3* TMRs you're actually interested in is pretty slim.
I was saving FP for a while then realized I wanted nothing to do with sitting through hours of FP summoning and merging moogles for TMs I either already had or didn't really need.
Kunshira also gets innate sword/rod DW, and gets ATK/MAG boosts from wielding each. She may be better to build as an actual Hybrid like VoTL, as opposed to straight MAG like Fryevia. This is just speculation, however, I haven't really seen much talk about her.
Her 6* is decent. Her best trait is flexibility, she can hit water, fire, thunder, and wind. The problem is the way hybrid damage works, 800% modifier seems awesome but really it's just middling for a finshing move. Her other attacks only grant 50% resist vs OK has 70% resists. Imperils are the same, only 50% which is what most DPS units have already or worse.
I can't find the post with damage numbers but she was mostly outclassed by units we already have. The example was LV's saintly buster. It's a 16x finisher move which sounds insane, but it's not in the top 5 for finisher damage thanks to the way hybrid damage works.
However her 7* form gets a lot better. She has 2 very good cool down abilities and a 30 hit wind chain attack that works with Loren (who is #1 ranking right now on Altema).
EDIT: For comparison, un-enhanced Fryevia's chaining move is 800% and has a built in imperil.
eh, still a dick move not to advertise it. There are plenty of 3* TMR's worth it (Hayate, Tim, Kelfka, Ryunan, Shantotto, etc). I think the main reason it's not that big of a deal as BlehBlehAmiga pointed out, is there are so many 3*'s that at best you may get 1 or 2 of the good ones.
Just to make sure that people are clear on something. The 30m Celebration Ticket WILL include CG Fina and all of her banner units starting tomorrow. Probably best to wait to use them until then to have more chances at getting her. Limited units like the TR banner are not in that summon pool.

The friends point banner is still up today for some reason. you probably should regret it at least a bit since it gives cactaurs and gill snappers. at the very least you could have sold everything you pulled and came out ahead.
edit: nm, i didnt know about the 3* moogles starting tomorrow. dunno if thats better really since 3* TM's tend to be below average and just use up space in my inventory.

Pulled a Fina on the banner. Beach Time Fina that is. Between two Beach Time Finas, a solo Seabreeze Dark Fina and all my Summer Lids, my entire 10 man team can all wear swimsuits after I finish the tmr farm.

This was me last banner. 15K lapis, 45 regular tickets + the ones we got from the boss fight and inbox, 14 4* tickets and no ExAileen. Gacha is a cruel mistress.
I just got Ayaka, so I only did 1 5K pull (since I don't have any tickets left) to hopefully get the other banner units. Pretty much got what I wanted, no 5*'s but 2 Waldo's and 1 Erwin. I think I'm pretty much done with the banner and will probably save my 1/2 pulls to start getting back to 25K lapis.
The real question is about these tickets. Technically they are good till April 11th (someone posted on reddit). I may save them up in case the easter event drops something decent and they work for that banner.
The celebration tickets can't be used to pull limited time units, but if the Easter event units aren't limited you should be able to pull them using the tickets. Easter units last year weren't limited, but who knows if they'll change it up and have limited units this year.
Spent my 10+1 ticket and got nothing. Daily pull got nothing. Oh well... That's all I'm spending! I love that they increased the lapis drops for the story events. It makes them a lot more fun.
Spent 20 tickets and got Kunshira on my last one. Not what I was hoping for, but she does seem useful. Her TMR looks nice too. I'll probably hold off on more ticket pulls until the last days of the banner in the futile hope that I get a Fina from the daily pulls or the special tickets.

I also let them know that the timing of the announcement for the Friends Points moogle campaign was not ideal. I promise they didn't do it on purpose! You might see more about this in the news as well.
I can't share anything more than that, but just know that the devs are making a real effort here based on how the community is responding. We're supposed to be celebrating 30 million downloads after all.

The Type-0 crew are interesting in that they are not super OP but are really good in a few areas. If you are using HE chains, Ace is great as one of the best MP batteries and best light imperil in the game right now. Rem has great magic finisher potential and decent healing (even better with 7*), and queen is a jack of all trades that with her 300% attack boost and 200% Def/Spr boost can be a lot of things and do them pretty well.

I did some draws and got Olive #2 and Prishe, so that's pretty ok. I also managed to finish my Ribbon from the 3 star moogle summon thing. Kefka was one of the first units I pulled when I started playing, so it's kind of nice to finally finish that off.

They didn't mention the TMR moogle thing coming but did mention cactuars and gil snappers, so most people drained their FP.
