What is Monster Hunter?

Welcome to the game where in the goal is to kill off these guys with some form of pointy or shooty implement.

Monster Hunter is a series about hunting little things, making weapons and armor from the bits of the little things then eventually using those weapons and armor to hunt bigger things. Repeat until the next game in the series comes out.

There isa problem with the PC version. Make sure you have these codecs installed before you get to the final boss or the game will save right before an unwatchable cutscene which will make your game unplayable.

I ran a juggernaut build (HBG, triple Shield attachments, Guard 5, Guard Up) once for this, and it amused me in a similar manner. *plink plink plink* I could do this all day.

Pretty sure the double diablos event is not for gold crowns. Like 7 or 8 black diablos without getting even a silver. Shame to, not much of a reason for me to play at the moment outside of that.

You can join the squad session if you have the session ID or get invited by someone in the squad.

Early runs of kulve turn out to be perfect for a charged shelling gunlance build I made last month.

Tried running my royal burst build but so hard to get combo off with kulve rolling around all the time.

Probably better off trying to run investigations with 1 gold and 1 silver or better for that.

I'm currently only missing 3 or 4 Crowns but I'm doing Kulve Taroth right now.

Yeah I saw the reddit post about farming crowns. Probably just going to put the game down until they release events that let me get the crowns I need. I don't really feel like doing that much farming just for RNG to fuck me.

For what it's worth, this event is just a lot of fun to play. Multiple stages with different attacks to deal with. Environment damage galore and situational awareness.

Oh yeah I am sure it is, it looks amazing. But I have nearly 200 hours into the game so far and I think I have my fill for the moment. I will still be hoping on as events show up that seem fun.

I am Greatsword and Lance, but Lance feels better for KT because with Guard 3 and Guard Up, I can tank his lava vomit.

Katie put some hurt on the PA group running her today, but we managed to get a siege completed.

Before everybody showed up I managed to make it to HR100 and did the big 100 quest. I was super worried because Kush was giving me trouble, but then I did my fastest clears yet on Teo and Nergi. Just completely dismantled them.

I wonder if anyone has a rough idea of the numerical buff values for rewards in tempered investigations yet.

I'm still not sure how much of a pain it is to get me in the PA squad so, I've been doing PUG KT. I am thinking the pursuit level of the host determines how much time the round has, because my only failure thus far was someone who didn't seem to be grabbing any tracks and they were 3-4 levels less than the rest of us.

Got two KT gems, so I have some options in terms of spicing up my build, but not really sure what direction I want to take my lance build in. So while I am paralyzed by indecision I just keep running it over and over again because its fun as hell.

There's a ton of nergigante and XJ stuff up for the KT builds.
