I'm not sure exactly what happened in our first shot, but what it looked like on my screen is KT broke her horn plating on my face when she hit me with her roll attack.

Welp. I did this I dunno how many times. Only got 3 gems in the end. I got a total of 20 tier 8 weapons from it, one of which was an insect glaive. I was really hoping to get one of the two elementless IG's but no dice.
What is this I don't even.

I'm happy with the nice random selection of gear I got from her. Some really ace SwagAxes, gunlances that got me back into gunlancing. Which btw is AWESOME.
Nice running with you all. Glad I got the Dante gear and a full Kulve set as well. Good times.

I could only get on very late today, enough to do one PA KT run, and then finish my Golden Ticket. I can likely run KT again tomorrow mid-day/afternoon as it's my day off.
Mostly I have every thing I'd like but the 8* Water and Dragon SnSes.
I managed to get the 7* wide and long lvl 4 gunlances last night, so I'm looking forward to dipping my toe into gunlancing
I've been messing around with gunlances a bit, and it's a lot of fun! I don't feel like I lose that much mobility because hopping + evade extender covers a surprising amount of ground. It'll take a lot of practice to get used to this style of repositioning though, especially coming from bow and HH.

LBG and HBG each have about 3 guns which are straight upgrades to previous best guns.

Yeah, but are any of those R7? I got a few of em, no 8's. I did wind up with an R8 Sleep CB, which sounds ... you know, awesome. Also got a Sleep GS and Hammer (both R7), got an R8 Blast bow. Never did get the Thunder Lance, *sob*. BUT, I did get my KT gems #3 and #4 this morning before work! One off the gold plating for the horns in the first area, the second in the rewards screen of all places. I had been wondering if that was a thing, and it turns out it was! So yay, I can make all the armor to sob into over the weapons I didn't get. I did get a TON of weapons, just ... nothing I really use aside from the bow. So I have to start using hammer, see if any of my LBGs are good, try out the LS since I got a couple R8s and some fun looking R7s. Maybe SA or GL...

Tell you what, I'll trade you for that R8 blast bow, which was basically the Golden Snitch I was chasing the entire time
On the plus side, I will absolutely use that bow. I just need to read up on Blast builds. I wonder if a Blast/Partbreaker build is viable? Would be great for KT next time around. And yeah, one of those R8 KT HBGs was straight wrecking her in a group this morning. That guy basically just stood in place going "THOOMP-THOOMP-THOOMP" and she was like *break*.
Say you were in a KT siege last night but had to log off before the whole thing was completed and weren't able to collect your rewards yet. I won't be able to log in again until AFTER the event is over. Will I still be able to collect my rewards? Never got any glimstones either so no full set for me.
Good runs last night, I dropped off twice mid-run because my power went out and immediately back on twice. So those runs I got a level 11 and then a level 15 when I was able to get back in.
I also finally got a glimstone as a reward from one of our failed runs! Lot less people online that I thought there would be too...

I logged in later on to help I figured there would be a lot on people wanting some final Katie sugar.
Just a pursuit 2 and a pursuit 5 before the room cleared out. 1 rewards. I forgot bombs on the first run and farcaster on the second. I'm old so it takes me a run or two before I remember every item in the pouch. The downside to gunning is inventory management. At least I remembered my ammo!

eyeballing it, i have nearly every insect glaive and i have a nice set of gunlances (long, wide, and normal level 4)
i managed to get five distinct rarity 7 lances without getting the taroth claw

I would think that as long as you already have the Bushi tickets, you can still turn them in for the stuff even after the event

before falling down the kulve hole i was contemplating doing a rapid fire and shotty build with karma
course most of my bowguns are heavy
Taroth assault "support", "glutton", "icewater"
Taroth blitz "pierce", "shots", "spread"
The names of all except "shots" and "icewater" are misleading for what you would actually shoot with it.

There are two Katie upgrades to karma. A "claw" which is like a karma + and the "shots" which is a normal shot wonder.
I will check rarity in a few mins
