Best way to share links/tabs between PC and mobile devices?

Simple question, most likely, but I've yet to find a good answer: what's the best way for me to share links or open tabs between my PC and mobile devices (in particular iOS)? Is there an effective, efficient, simple way to do this? In case this makes a difference, I mainly use Firefox on PC and Safari on iPhone and iPad.

Honestly the easiest way to do it is just to use the same browser on all devices. Eg Chrome will store data from any device that's logged into the same account, and has a quick dropdown menu that points straight to currently open tabs on other devices.
Safari may have something similar, I don't use it much.

Ya chrome is great for this, I also have a dummy facebook account I use for basically this reason also , just so I have an easy message to send myself onto phone and back.

Cool, thanks. I've tried out Firefox' syncing functionality, but unless I'm doing it wrong I'm not entirely happy with it. Chrome might be a better option.

Quick follow-up: I've not yet used Pocket, but it seems it's now built into Firefox. Does this include all versions of Firefox, i.e. the iOS version as well? If I could use this as a quick'n'easy shared reading list between devices, that'd be exactly what I'm looking for.

I use Pocket between my PC and my Android phone - no complaints thus far.
