Really making cheese is one of those things I want to try
My brother really wants to try his hand at making mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. I know you can get a kit just I don't know

I’ve done mozzarella before and it’s pretty easy. The only part that I didn’t like was being a wimp when messing around in the hot water with bare hands as you are stretching the Moz. And the taste was awesome!

Why wouldn't you want cheese sauce absorbed in to the pasta though? I part cook the macaroni and then finish it in the sauce.
Only due to the fact I have to double the cheese sauce lest the pasta soaks it all up. Shrug. I mean I usually double it. But sometimes it can be a bit dry.

    I mean, ok?

That is my choice outside of the fancy grocery store I sometimes go to
It was that store that sells liquor stills and cheese kits peeked my interest but this state as some really strange laws about making your own stuff

Is a gallon and a half of split pea & lentil soup with ham too much?

I think I might have too much soup.

I agree with New England clam chowder. Manhattan clam chowder is a sin against soup.

I have room in my heart, and stomach, for both varieties of clam chowder
    especially in a bread bowl

I can't recommend enough, try frying some chorizo and putting it into your bowl of clam chowder. So good.

If you don't also pour in the chorizo fat, I will find you.

I kinda think manhattan clam chowder isn't real chowder, but it's still good soup and I will eat it

Cheesey Chicken hearts sounds interesting since my brother laments the only place you can get deep fried chicken hearts around here is at the Mexican grocery store

Grilled chicken bears seem like the superior preparation to me.

Heart tissue seams like it’s do a good job of hanging onto oil and that seems like it would throw off the flavor profile, big time.

I must be getting old, or something; most of those things just get a "meh" from me. (A lot of them strike me as trying too hard, I guess.)
Like, some of them look like they could be kind of tasty, and I might try them once, but... I scrolled through the whole page, winners and runners up, and nothing really made me go "yeah, I want that."

Seems more to me like it’s a tad on the testicles.

I refuse to live in places that don’t have an abundance of nice hot meat.

Tonight my roommates are out of the house, so I am having barbecue ribs, macaroni salad, biscuits, and peach moonshine for dinner.

Now I just need to find a movie to watch that will compliment such a feast.

Is there any meal that doesn't pair perfectly with Con Air?
