Hehehe. Been a stellar day. With chaining broken, I'd undertaken to just do Bahamut the hard way. I can only get Basch to about 9k HP currently, but he, Raegen, Seph, Nichol and Fina got it done (if barely). I should not have taken my paralysis defense off Nichol, that made it hairy for a bit. But got it done!!!!

I'm told Loren 7* is fucking amazing. Top tier unit. Which makes sense, I suppose, because she's locked behind a paywall in JP. If she had been locked behind a paywall in GL, 7* Loren would have cost 400 bucks.

Welp, at least I have some units now. Since the first step is a 10% moogle assured, and traditionally 10+1 seem to give me piles of golds, and I had like 47K lapis, I did a 10+1 summon hoping for some Zells. Landed two Ramiras and a Rinoa instead, so with a +200% I'm pretty set even with the fact that due to the 7* thing nobody in my friend list has bonus units at the moment. Been doing the ELT a bunch.
Course, from changing to the raid team to use the orbs once I ranked up, and then forgetting to shift back to team bonus, I just missed a chance to do a +200% on a three bonus mob run that gave me 3.2K mk points without any bonus, so I'm kind of kicking myself a bit at the moment. Ah well.
5% rainbow: blue
10+ ticket: nothing
4 4*+ tickets: a zell
6 regular tickets: nothing
First step up: nothing
Second step up: nothing
Third step up: M Ramza #2 (first 7* tank so that's good)

The last enemy is a Demon type with 100% Earth Resistance; otherwise no defenses or weaknesses worth noting.
So stack up on those Demon Killers!
Did anyone notice that the raid jumped up to level 31 last night? It's going down to level 30 in a few minutes, but I think all the 7* Olives actually propelled the raid from where it was stuck at 28/29.
Tossed my 30% blue and 2 10% blue tickets along with 6 regular tickets and 3 4* tickets. Came out with 2 Zells and 3 Remiras with nothing else of note. Oh well, FF8 was never really my thing and I got bonus units.

That should be enough, honestly. LGD is very easy with a good damage dealer and a similar friend unit.
Yeah, LGD this time around is stupid easy, my Sephiroth and Raegen are doing it with no outside assistance. I got 1 Zell and 2 Remiras, calling it good, hopefully I can find 3 7* FFVIII units every like 10 hours lol.
did one pull on the first stage of step up, got enough 3 and 4*'s to make a party of bonus units..oh and a 4th gilgamesh...i mean seriously game. out of the 65 or so unique rainbows in the game you give me one of the 13 i have 3 of instead of one i have none of... , don't care about squall or rinoha, I did notice that on the shop they are selling 3 FULLY leveled king cactars along with the 100 king cactars, which is very nice.
So if I'm doing the math correctly, it takes 650 NRG worth of gil snapper caverns to get enough to raise one unit to 7 stars.
I have no idea how much NRG in the cactuar dunes to go from 101 to 120 but I imagine it's obscene.
In my experience, I was averaging about 200k XP from catuar dunes for 30 NRG. So, 44m XP divided by 200k is 220 run or 6600 NRG. That's assuming no Great or Amazing enhancements. Of you could bank them and wait for the next enhancement bonus week/weekend.
I've already found a couple of 7* Squals on my friend list and I know of a couple more that have not popped up yet. I think it should be an okay farm if I can get those to pop up every few hours.
Just a heads up, some people on Reddit are claiming that their 4* tickets have been returning some 3* units. So, hopefully that gets fixed and we get compensation for any 4* tickets used.

First step up only netted me a zell and ramira or whatever her name is. I got 6k lapis left so probably do the second step at lunch and see what I get.
Then I dunno, Might check those bundles and see if there is any I want to buy. Else its back to catching up the story.

There's a person on my friend list with a 7* olive with 2 of her STMR. She's at 2304ATK and an obscene amount of machine killer.
It's probably wasted on her right now to be honest . I did the math on her and hitting 300% TDH and 300% atk passive is fairly easy even without her STMR. when the caps go up, sure that will likely put her at 400% atk immediately
