In other news, the new "story mode" difficulty in Prey made the game a good bit more enjoyable for me.
I assume it's easier? I should try that. I really liked Prey but I felt the combat was pretty rough and it made the tougher battles in the game very unenjoyable for me.

So Jurassic World evolution is a bit shallow, but a whole lot of eyecandy and fun/stupid design choices from Frontier.
I may or may not have spent most of the the night maxing out dinosaur DNA values, flying around tranq'ing dinos and testing the AI of stupid park visitors. Tired as balls for work, but daydreaming of how to creat a moshpit for Struthiomimus.
I mean; A Strut' enclosure along the left of the entry to your park. Hammond creation centre with tiny gated enclosure opposing to the right. The main path between makes a small distance with adjoining gates. Strut's are quite social. Open the gates onto the path, and watch them mess around as they run to join their brethren. Yatzee said it best; management games is the best case against a benevolent creator god casting humans in its image. We just want to make functional deathtraps after like 2 hours.

But considering there's market for that kind of crazy...
um, sorry but calling poly relationships a "kind of crazy" is kind of a shitty thing to say. Especially considering that there are people on the forum who are poly and happy with that.

I really don't get the UPlay hate at this point, other than it's "not Steam".
One day it decided a game I wanted to play didn't belong to me, despite having lots of playtime and trophies on it. It took me like 3 weeks and 10 emails to get it back.
I went to play a Uplay game once (The Division, iirc) and uplay decided it needed to update itself first. But in doing so, it shit all over itself and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. And then it refused to acknowledge that I owned the game (which was through Steam), so I had to uninstall and reinstall that, too.

At this point, I look at Uplay the same way I looked at GFW Live: it worked great for me and I was fine with it, but after hearing so many horror stories, I also understood the hate.

For a long time I had 1.5 hours of play time logged on Bioshock 2. I hadn't actually played the game at all. That was just trying to get GFWL. I didn't touch the game again for like 3 years.
GFWL also ate my 97% complete Arkham City save. (Surprisingly 6 months later they fixed it).
Ok time to find out if you're going to get Yakuza Zero or zero Yakuza.
Here's the entries for what Stabbity Style should do with his PS4 now that it's pointless for games.
1. Use it as a cell phone charger.
2. Eat it
3. Use it as a display stand for anime figurines.
4. Donate it to Child's Play
5. Donate it for parts to the Giftapult. 6. Nothing. He's too busy being an adult for games anyway.
7. Give it to the person who hates Sony the most. (?)
8. Turn it into a missle guidance system
9. God of Fucking War (I assume this means plunge your fist in there, root around and pull out one shiny valuable object and leave the husk and the rest of its contents where it is, forever)
10. Attempt to multibox play Fortnite only to be foiled by Sony's account restrictions.
Geth roll 1d10 for the newest member of the Dojima family
It's fitting that won because it's depressingly true :< I miss having time to play games. Or eat dinner.
Is this the end result of adulting we work towards? Go from all the time and none of the monies to none of the time and decent monies?
I guess :< I'm hoping once I have some experience and am making some decent money that I can negotiate down to like 30 hours a week for reduced pay or something. But that's a long ways off after I graduate.
So who's gonna tell stabby that this is just how it's gonna be from now on? I mean, he slaughtered us all in each Backlog Battle for a reason :biggrin:
Cause I was a loser with no life and lots of free time :P
Though hopefully when I graduate I can find a job that isn't an hour and a half away and I won't have to take classes in the evenings.
You'll end up with a job that is 1 hour 15 minutes away and end up working overtime to impress your boss. Your weekends will be filled with running errands and other house/apartment adult chores and passing out in front of the TV/keyboard from exhaustion. Wash, rinse repeat till retirement. You'll end up watching videos of people playing games on your phone and playing games on your phone in the bathroom while posting on PA.
This is....... surprisingly accurate.
Also, I dont know what draconian deals were made at Chrono.gg lately, but they've been knocking it out of the park.
