So yeah, Ubisoft absolutely schooled the shit out of everyone else in terms of sheer presentation and entertainment value. They did a great job showing off what they've got going on and had a visible on stage excitement to share what they had. Easily the best presentation of E3 and I'm actually excited to try some of their upcoming stuff which is a complete 180 from how I used to shit on Ubisoft.
Sony's presentation was just bonkers in a bad way. Between the sportscenter intermission and weird tonal shifts I'm mostly coming out of that confused as to wtf I just watched. I'm down for the Justin Roiland game though.
Seeing as how Nintendo doesn't go all out at their shows anymore, I think MS won this year. Though, Nintendo can't do worse than SONY. Unless there is some Switch music game coming up we don't know about.

Bethesda: 7/10 "Some cool games, but couldn't get away without some nervous cringe. Also, some of this stuff is probably coming in 2025."
SE: 4/10 "Probably should have been integrated with MS/Sony/Nintendo's presentations rather than being it's own thing."
Ubisoft: 9/10 "lolwut? But self aware and also games."
PC: 4/10 "You need a budget, but at least you have day9 to hold it all together"
Sony: 8/10 "Interesting games and really good trailers for them, but what in the hell were you thinking with that whole venue bullshit?"

Spiderman looks great, but we really need semi-qte combat from Batman to go die in a fire. All I see in the combat is 6 mooks standing around not attacking him, and him bouncing between them one by one.

Remember that Sony's conference was padded out by like 20 minutes of "we're changing buildings." That wasn't even an hour.
Look the only way Nintendo can fuck things up is if they have no Smash Bros to show. Aside from that it's going to be anything-goes because that's what they like to do with these things.
One benefit of Nintendo not getting all the 3rd party games is knowing I won't have to see KH3 for the 47th time!
Though I think I would also be perversely entertained if it was there anyway.
