I do well in the heat, even if logically cold is a more straightforward problem to solve. Cold slows down even my mind where heat keeps me burning on. Just give me more water to drain out of my pores like a colander and I’m good.
It's the dry heat I dislike more than moisture laden heat. As in Iraq I did have to yell at people to leave their shirts on because the body armor will rub you raw. I hate being in stuffy rooms in the heat with no air flow.

I like it warm enough that I can wear shorts at home or take walks and enjoy it. I don't like it so hot I start to lose motivation.

At home when you can put on a swimsuit and just kinda sit outside this is great
50f is when you have to be active, 65f is for lounging, and 75 is swimming weather.

My ass it was a river in the streets
I also started jogging. I jog around 11pm to try to avoid the heat. I still end up drenched in sweat. My Canadian body isn't designed for such heat.
