Make a Persona except instead of having Personas your Very Special Player Character has a quirk that allows them to learn how to use, less effective, versions of others quirks and choose pro heroes to "major" in to learn their skills while also building Social Links with your classmates
Lost Dimension was a strategery-RPG with tweeelve? thirteeeen? superpowers. All of them had some personality-defect, like the teleporter without a sense of personal space, and the Monoma who hates the concept of effort.
My first thought was something like fiber master, but now I'm thinking something w bit more weird would be appropriate. Maybe a quirk that allows a person to turn their body into water, or become an image on a flat surface.
One thing I really like about Mei is that her Quirk is just the ability to zoom her vision in on something really far. So her engineering creations are all made with her own skill and imagination.
