Most people tend to be really chill and understanding about host latency issues. Even if the host seems to be playing from the Moon or something. The person you played with was one of the few pricks this game has. I'd screenshot it and report them, tbh.

Gonna start leveling frost when i get back from dinner. his things basically looks like push snow globe on the point = profit.
So what's worth getting from the rewards here? The Zaw parts are unique and any weapons in general are useful for MR at least obviously but what else?
Plague Kripath in particular.
If you are spawning the extra Hemocytes with the infested catalyst they are a great source of the Hunter mods which are nice mods if you don't have them. Hunter Munitions and Hunter Adrenaline are quite powerful in particular. You can get the recipe for the infested catalyst from the Bio lab in the clan dojo and then equip it to your gear bar. You can add up to 4 catalyst each run.

Her 2 immobilizes an enemy and creates a bubble that absorbs bullets and whatnot, doing damage over time to any enemy that is inside the bubble. The more you shoot into it, the more damage per second it does. When the ability is over, the bubble explodes doing a fuckton of damage to enemies in range (damage increased by bullets fired into it as well).
Her 3 sends out a shockwave that strips armor and shields from enemies, deals lots of damage to enemies nearby (so it's best on groups, because each enemy deals damage to every other one), and heals the shields of allies. Enemies who have armor stripped drop shards that are picked up by her 2 ability and add to it's damage. It's basically a big "Fuck You" to everyone except most infested (because most of them have neither shields nor armor). It also deals extra damage to enemies caught in her 2 ability (so does her 1 ability)

i was just thinking that i needed more forma. I think i picked up 20 or so last plague star.
i'm not sure if my titania is quite so powerful as when i was able to use the opticor mods, and the pistol stats don't have an equivalent to heavy caliber. But oh well. Should still be good.

In options, you can set a max limit for ping. I think the default is 300, but I set it down to 200 and still get queued into pub games quickly.
Did this after I think we were three euros matched to a south african host, and nothing was interactable
Also, there's an option where you can set if your PC is a desktop or portable. I've read that if you set it to portable you are less likely to be chosen as host

Last Plaguestar I kept putting off doing it, got in a clan group one of the last days, and wasted a lot of rep on leveling the faction. Well, felt like a lot at the time.
Did one pug yesterday on Rhino P with an Ignis Wraith, Lex P with five forma and the Sarpa.
Just blasted the Hemocyte with four or five blasts when it got out of the boil, and then tried to time my Stomps to the vulnable bits and unloaded with my sniper pistol.
Ignis was great for all the adds, and Rhino armour to ignore damage.
I'm sure there are more optimal setups but it felt like a nice pug setup.
But I am also wondering how I should have used the Sarpa.
While the page for Shattering Impact says you have to do damage for the mod to take effect, the Hemocyte page says Shattering Impact works even during the invulnerability phase. I'd go with the Hemocyte page as that seems more specific.

Bless warframe.market - after hours of Marduk I gave up on Axi S3 a while ago, then gave it a few attempts here and there since. Finally I just bought Rhino systems for 70p, and then ran some Ukko captures. In 20-30 minutes I had enough Meso N6 and Neo R1 relics to earn back the 70p just selling them intact, never mind if I crack them and get lucky (Nyx neuroptics are going for big bucks).
I find spamming these capture missions fun because, no sarcasm at all, Warframe is a fun racing game. It's really exciting to try to be first for the exit, with all the variables involved.

Yes, you'll need ten build copies of an Arcane to rank it up to max. Both the Exodias are pretty good, but honestly I wouldn't worry about them. There's a metric butt-ton of materials grinding you'll need to do to make them, and also you'll need to build a Zaw (more rep and materials grinding) to put them on. I would say at MR4, unless you really really like the look of something, there's a lot of other stuff that would serve you better and be cheaper (both in time and resources) to go get.
And don't worry too hard about time-limited stuff. The Plague Star event (apparently) eventually always comes back, and most of the other sorts of time-limited things are still available one way or another.
If you have a neurosis over collecting 100% of things in a game, Warframe is not going to be your friend. Or at least, a friend that is fun to hang out with, but you wouldn't want to be roomates with? This analogy got away from me a bit.

How much of a boost is Saryn Prime over the regular Saryn frame? I've been putting off doing anything with Saryn aside from levelling it since I've managed to luck into 2 Prime pieces through various relic cracking missions and have been waffling on buying the parts or just waiting on it to be unvaulted.
Also, just holding off in the slight chance that it is unvaulted along with Mag.

Usually I like to try for 100%, but I have no illusions about completion in a game that will perpetually have more stuff than I can get. I'm just going for the stuff I want to try and that's worked out decently so far.
I did make a zaw recently, because I wanted to try a nikana and the others are essentially unattainable for me right now. (I also figured out how to shoot down the Cetus gate condroc with a bow. Farming their wings is pretty terrible.) I don't think I like it though? I probably didn't give it enough attack speed. I was thinking the ability to gild it later would make it worthwhile but I might just trade it in once it's rank 30, maybe make another one down the line when I have access to the more complex links.

Pretty sure I witnessed a bunch of newbies discovering that Nightmare Alerts inflict the No Shield modifier. I'm playing on controller while my right hand is in a wrist brace due to a pulled tendon so I couldn't really explain things while still playing and my own play was a bit fumbling due to using a controller. Ended up finishing the mission myself due to all other players dying too many times and needing to give up on chain reviving them to protect excavators.
The first Nightmare Alerts people experience are always brutal.

Either Gild it or just drop it now. I learned the hard way that you don't get MR xp until a Zaw is at rank 30 while Gilded.
Thankfully I only sold one Zaw for rep before I noticed it was still greyed out in the equipment screen.

Well, tried out the plague star today and I will definitely be sticking to Titania for the rest of it. I was in groups with some high level people, but even so, her exalted guns were doing more damage than anything else I had brought.
Plague star reminds me of the Old City of Heroes Rikti Invasion events. The max level runs are really fun. Since there's enough Targets spread out that you don't feel like you're fighting your teammates for kills.
Yes, dropping nukes on the final plague star fight with Elytron is in fact great fun.
I like bringing Vectis Prime and floating high up, dropping nukes and sniping motherfuckers

now i run titania as the dps, which makes rando groups go a hell of a lot faster. I'll try to be on at the same time as the US folks, and I can bring some new people along for some runs if anyone's interested.
edit: i also managed to get 10 copies of each of the arcane blueprints, so I guess i'll have to do some more mining after all of this is over.

Sarpa with shattering rounds shreds its armor and makes everyone do a lot more damage
I took Titania with razorwing blitz (and a sarpa) and we did the whole maxed out four hemocyte run in a few minutes with no downs.

Prime is a little more armor, more energy, a tiny bit faster and an extra V-polarity
