Well, got to the "can actually farm" reputation tier, so that's nice.
Now, what's worth farming for here? A set of the zaw BPs I'm assuming, the arcanes and then just dump it into gems?
gems aren't worth it. Go for the forma

Prime Time was neat, they showed off the upcoming Elite Alerts.
-A new one every hour
-Applies modifiers to one Frame and one Weapon
-Like Dark Sectors, only available on "Endless" mission types
-Objective length is doubled (10 waves of Defense, 10 minutes of Survival, etc.) but guarantees Rotation C rewards for every increment after the second (ABCCCCCCCC...)
-Will include a unique resource specifically used for cosmetics such as Orbiter decorations

Well, tried out the plague star today and I will definitely be sticking to Titania for the rest of it. I was in groups with some high level people, but even so, her exalted guns were doing more damage than anything else I had brought.
Yeah, this was my experience. She makes the event a total joke at every stage.

Maybe I should try her again. I kinda leveled her and then put her in the backbench.
Also, question, what are the priorities on the event? I'm not going to be able to play a lot, so I'm going to have to prioritize. Plan is to get one of each Zaw types, then maybe the mods?
So I watched the iFlynn Ultimate Beginner's Guide video on fighting The Hyena Pack on Neptune he suggested using a super modded up Nova to basically freeze the Hyenas and kill them easily but I didn't have the mods he is suggesting and I decided to try them anyway with my Frost. Using my Snow Globe to protect myself from their attacks or Slow them down when they are close to me made that fight pretty easy.
Knowing how close I come to dying while doing missions on Neptune I am kind of wary about progressing on Pluto since those missions are even higher level. I suppose I should look into using a potato and Forma on my Frost but I wouldn't know where to put the Endo yet.

You should probably consider throwing a tato on your favorite frame, yes. I get the indecision, though. These alerts can be hard to come by.

I was in the same boat as you about 2 months back. The step-up from Neptune to Pluto wasn't as large as Saturn -> Uranus in my experience.
Re: Nova. If you get to 145% power strength and then focus on duration you should be able to survive just fine by using MPrime (her 4) a lot. Also some people don't know that her 1 gives damage reduction per ball (9 balls is 95% damage reduction but you won't be able to get to 9 without corrupted mods). Just get in the habit of keeping 1 up. With less than 100% power range it can stay up a long time. Nova is squishy with out her 1 so I had to practice movement; later in the Star Chart where standing still is pretty much death.
Putting forma into Frost is fine but If you are low forma you may want to hold off on putting it warframe at this point in time. Look to drop a forma into a primary if you haven't; The armor scaling on the enemies after Pluto is noticable.

Forma on frames < forma on weapons you're trying to squeeze performance out of, IME. Catalysts on Frames you're pretty sure you're keeping for the foreseeable future is pretty important, though.
Frames get the extra capacity from auras anyways, which is equivalent to a forma or two. Guns don't, and also a lot of fun guns have zero polaritires off the bat.

Are you running the missions public and just not getting anyone in to help out or are you running them solo on purpose? They're not really tuned for a new player to run them solo, even though that's what you end up doing a lot. Having extra people in the squad, even of the same level as you really helps out progression until you get all the standard mods.

I have been running them solo because I frequently have to pause the game when family stuff comes up. I have done a couple of the bosses in groups but only resorted to that after failing to kill Jackal and then Lt Lech Kril. (Who seems easier on Ceres even though he is teamed up on with Cpt Vor.)
As things are I have 16 Forma saved up since I like to crack open several relics each day and I learned from Beginners guides to keep those cooking as often as possible.
I have several frames in the foundry completed but have only taken out Frost because I am worried about how limited my slots are. (Excal and Frost are my two frames and right now I only use Excal to kill the Junction Frame.)
I really like Frost because if I have energy I am able to Snow Globe and then I can pretty much run around the bosses while they finish that melee attack they started a few seconds ago.
Will the Multi Shot in Hell's Chamber stack with the Multi Shot on Scattered Justice?
Yes. It will only stack additively though. So it's "only" 320% multishot.

If there are any other new people out there, honestly getting amazon/twitch prime for a month is pretty helpful. You get trinity prime for free and shes basically god mode. The prime frames are so much better because they come with a bunch of polarity slots so you can jam a bunch of upgraded mods in them. I somehow ended up getting the student version for 6$ and got a 5$ voucher for linking the amazon phone app. So like i got trinity prime and some other stuff from twitch for a dollar along with amazon prime for a month.
Also warframe.market is a great site for buying/selling blueprints. I sold a bunch of stuff for plat and bought a bunch of warframe and weapon slots.
Hopefully my wife will let me play most of the weekend. I wanna farm the event a little and i think i have to play on the derelict to unlock eris.
When it comes to new players there are a lot of things this game doesn't do that it should.
I got that Lens from the end of a quest and did not know for a few days that I was supposed to equip it on a weapon or a frame so that I could actually earn Focus.
Oh nooo I didn't realize you couldn't even buy the supra vandal if you're not 14. Daangg I'm still at 11. Should I just go ahead and get primed charged shell? Or save up for something later :O

And not just any frame, but ideally a frame that kills with abilities. I put my first lens on Rhino, and I probably should’ve put it on Nidus or Ember. I couldn’t figure out why I got hardly any focus. :rotate:
And just like that I've got all the event only items. Titania really does make Plague Star a total breeze. I didn't even have to forma her to get a decent build!

I like shotguns so I finally made my first Baro purchase, for Primed Charged Shell. Now I gotta level it. I haven't had to worry about endo before so I've got dozens of statues and I think a few hundred ayatan stars, but I remembered someone else's post and decided to check my duplicate mods.
Look at all these mods, that's so much endo! *starts to level up the Primed mod*
Oh goodness it's a drop in the bucket.
There's truly always another layer to this onion of a game. (I love it)
Also, other games would have done something stupid like giving you an inventory restriction so you can only hold X total mods and Y ayatan stars, forcing you to tediously (and with a little stress) keep the supply trimmed down, unless you spent $ for more space. I appreciate that they just let it pile up while you wait to know what to do with them.

I agree that they could have gone that route, but the reality for mods at least is that in an earlier version of the system you earned twice as many mod points if you fused two of the same mods. So you actually really really wanted as many duplicates as possible as this made the leveling process massively easier. This system is better in almost every way but that is just something they had already put into the game.
I pulled Euphona prime out this morning and when I logged in got a credit booster. Making a cool million for two rounds of high index (which at this point is a cakewalk for me even solo) is so damn nice.
So. Venka prime has been done and mastered, and both Cernos Prime and Valkyr Prime is in the oven.

I have a Riven that wants me to kill Sentients to unlock it. I got that Riven before doing Second Dream, but after killing several of what I thought counted as Sentients. during that quest. I see no progress on my Mod. Does it need to be attached to a pistol and I use that pistol to get the kills? Or did those creatures just not count as far as the mod was concerned?
