I honestly think it’s going to take some time to recalibrate our idea of what “good” is based on offensive levels this year (not referring to any of those guys specifically, just in general)

My guess would be they are prepared to move on from Fultz because HE can't shoot.
If they can retain Butler and he's not a total locker room cancer this can help Philly leapfrog Boston in the East. You can get bench shooters for cheap. Cleveland will likely have a fire sale with two or three alone.
I think the only team that could carry him is the Warriors, and they obviously have a lot of better options. He has never been much of a veteran mentor figure, was never great on defense to begin with, and has lost the only thing that made him valuable - his shooting.
He could very well be out of the league unless a team just wants to pick up the contract to fill up cap space or sell jerseys or something.
