I think it was pretty fair at 2 game suspension. They were more wrestling than fighting and it was broken up pretty quickly. I'm more surprised Simmons escaped punishment and that nobody got busted for coming off the bench.

lebron is going to get continuation on anything he does, even if you fouled him at the 3 point line and he was going to dunk the ball.
hell he got continuation on a play earlier where he got fouled landing and went back up a 2nd time after the whistle and somehow got continuation. they changed the rules for everyone else but not lebron.
