Does Stargazer trigger on herself if she was the rightmost card?
I can't imagine she would work that way...
They relatively recently standardized After effects so that the minion has to be on the board first, as seen with Wild Pyromancer. So it should not be capable of triggering itself.
and about 15 worth owning if past trends are any indication
Until the next set, where one or two cards previously deemed bad will help produce one of the most degenerate decks in the meta.

The Brawl is the one where you pick a class and get a deck with Shifter Zerus and some spells. They start you at 3 mana, so it's not terribly slow. I like it, but ymmv.
I got my pack from the "Choose your Champion" promotion. It had The Glass Knight in it. He's not super playable, but has potential. Either way, free legendary hype!

Dover, there's a reported Even Paladin deck that made legend with Glass Knight, Scalehides, Chillblades, and - I kid you not - double Deathaxe Punisher:

Glass Knight is actually a pretty good card, it's got a good winrate according to HSReplay
The problem, however, is that a) it's only really playable in Even Paladin b) Even Paladin isn't like amazing right now c) You can honestly build the deck without it.
Even back during the height of Even Pally, there were builds that ran it, and builds that didn't. Both performed fine. And, well, that kind of illustrates the problem that WW Legendaries had: They were kind of low impact overall and there were builds of decks that performed just fine without them. Some might even argue that most decks performed better without the new Legendaries.

Cool, I might give it a try. And this is so telling, but I actually had to google Deathaxe Punisher to see what it did. I was like, "Oh yeah, that card."

I'd be just fine if they kept printing shitty Legendaries.

I finally logged back on to finish up those Taverns of Time quests I never got around to doing, and the few packs I bought with the gold got me Godfrey.
I think that's a good end point for my witchwood packs, now I'm saving what I get until Boomsday.
Cube Hunter is Tier 2, and the Cube Hunter deck they show is awfully familiar, devilsaur eggs, defender of argus, terrorscale stalker, the whole works.
The two 0/1's Sindragosa supplies are very useful to get Water Elementals when you are Frost Jaina; in fact the more options to get Water Elementals, the better.
Plus she is an 8/8 body that has to be dealt with and there have been games where that has been helpful in clearing out smaller minions or when you need to start rushing an opponent down (she has helped me beat a few Shudderwocks before they got their combo online).
I really like her in Big Spell Mage tbh; worst that happens is she draws removal and you can put down another big guy (like LK and there are variants with Alexstrasza as well). I prefer her over Alanna at any rate.
In my experience, you generally get worthwhile cards from the 0/1's, although there have been a few times when I got cards that would have lost me the game had I played them.

I got a Splintergraft off of Sindragosa today.
I could've made another Sindy but my hand was kinda full so I plonked it on a Water Elemental instead
Ahhh, hearthstone... Dibbys deck looks fun, and I think I have the cards! I know I have jaina and arthas and 2 voodoo dolls, so let's copy deck, I can probably work around no Sindragosa...
Uh oh, 23/30? Meteor and Dragons rage are epic? And I have no Geddon or 2nd keysmith?? Dang decks have gotten expensive these days. Time to reroll that mage quest after all.
Geddon depends a bit on which kind of decks you're finding yourself up against (i.e. are you finding him to be effective?), while I doubt a 2nd Keysmith is really essential.
The Meteor and Dragon Rage are needed and it is a pain that they are epics.

I see they gave Peter Whalen very little screen time lol. I like him. But his charisma stat is a bit lower than Brode's. I get it...
I might sit this expansion out. It'll be the first one I've sat out since GvG. I've been playing a lot of roguelikes.
I recently discovered Tome4 (Tales of Maj'Eyal). I played the old Tome3 and it was pretty shit imo (a variant of angband). But the new tome is basically as user friendly as dungeons of dredmore. It is FTP but you can buy it on steam if you want. I think this will eat more of my life than stone soup did. I kid you not I've probably played this game 100 hours in the last 7 days.
I don't know how I didn't know about this game. I probably heard about it and assumed it was the variant of tome that I played. It is scratching an itch that all the roguelikelikes ( slay the spire, FTL, Issac, Don't starve, into the breach) just hasn't. Lol that's basically my steam library.
For what its worth, this is a damn good game. I wish there was a thread dedicated to roguelikes here... It isn't too hard. I've already won on easy (there are even difficulty modes) and I'm about 2/3rds through a run on normal now. It's a more traditional roguelike where the campaigns take 30 hours or so. But you can play with handrails (you get like 5 lives).

Zoo to tier 1 and surpasses Even/Cubelock at Legend.

Data Reaper Report #98 is out.
Bow down before your Zoo overlords.
Also, screw that Zoo deck. It's annoying as hell.
Gonna give that a spin this weekend.
This Cubelock had a Bad Time because he forgot that Mirror Entity resolves after the Battlecry resolves, not before.
And then later he pops both, has four Voidlords out, and I play Doom Pact...
:winky:
(no, I didn't miss lethal, he healed back up to 6 :P)
edit: Oh, and in case anyone's interested in the decklist~

It's the more minion-y version that eschews things like Doomsayer for Plated Beetles, and cuts some draw for Applebaums. Feels pretty good~

I think she's pretty key for Welly Generators (also you can get some pretty insane value from the rando Legendaries), but you can replace her, yeah.
Alanna (if you have her), Alexstrasza, Ysera even.

There's lots of variants of Big Spell Mage over yonder: https://hsreplay.net/decks/#playerClasses=MAGE&archetypes=182&sortBy=winrate
There's lots of tweaks you can make. You can filter out Baron Geddon, for example.
But otherwise yeah it's an expensive deck, Meteor/Dragon's Fury are staple sorryyyy~

Dangit, I too only have one of each. Hmm, but I could craft them...
