Mori and I are wondering where to spend our 10th anniversary (it’s Dec 27). His parents are willing to look after the kids for 3 nights.

    Chuck E Cheese!

The kids will be so jealous!

Janson you’re in the Seattle area, right?

I hear Leavenworth is gorgeous in the wintertime

Might be tough to reach since you’re on the other side of the mountains though

December is a gross time to do anything outdoors in Washington, sad to say (doesn't help that you'd be doing something just two days after Christmas, as plenty of places close between December 24th and January 2nd), but none the less you might try going up to the mountains and doing some Snow Adventuring if there's powder on the ground, or even just finding a nice cabin in a traditional winter getaway area. You might try looking into Leavenworth or Snoqualmie and other such places for activities and spots that pique your interest.

Knowing the correct pronunciation of "geoduck" makes this so, so much worse.

Vaguely love-related- it’s proving difficult to find a non-hideous 100% cotton duvet cover that we both like. We have opposite instincts (me - light, him - dark).

It's not bad at all as long as you're polite about it
