I am glad you thought my take was thoughtful and helpful, MrMister. I think a lot about things, and obviously gender and sex (the noun that is associated with the verb), and that managed to intersext with both of them. It is rare I get to discuss them, though, obvs. Plus I kind of enjoy topics where I do not agree with, if not the progressive zeitgeist, then the exact form of the incarnation of it.

(I also enjoy finding out that common ideas are wrong, and the relative proportion of distressed couples where the woman wants more sex is one of those things. Plus sexual desire discrepancy has been a problem for me, so of course I have a folder full of academic papers on it sitting in Mendelay.)

it is rigged in that the only person with an incentive to lower the price is the buyer, but not even the buyer agent has that incentive

Honestly they would prefer to have an offer on a house 95% of the asking price in 3 weeks than 105% of the asking in 3 months.

Agents income is tied to the amount of time and spending 12-40 weeks on a house is not a productive use of time.

Yeah Adam Baldwin's the only terrible one out of that bunch. At least, that we know of. Alan Tudyk is a national treasure. I got him to sign a Firefly cast picture and talked to him about Con Man and watched him do the King Candy voice for a little kid and he was just the nicest most happy to be there dude.
