“I am he who watches they. I am the fist of retribution. That which does quell the recalcitrant. Dare you defy the Warchief? Dare you face my merciless judgement?"
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.

Grom was stupid but Garrosh is still the stupidest of all time. And Sylvanas is now Garrosh 2.0.
I watched that Warbringers video on the history of Gul’dan. You know what, I’m on his side. Sure, he’s evil and monstrous but his tribe pushed him there.
Tossing him out because he’s crippled and can’t get the Shaman stuff done? How could you focus when everyone around you is treating you like shit?
Then he’s banished for no good reason. After fighting off buzzards and shit, he makes it to magic shrine thing. Then the mystical elemental energies swirl around him filling him with hope, only to recoil away just as he was about to touch them. The elements are trolling assholes.
So here comes this dark energy that’s all like, “Yo, you wanna get some revenge man?!” Of course he takes it and gets revenge. His tribe had that coming.
Moral of the story: don’t treat people badly because they are different. Never know who’ll grow up to fuck up the world.

I 100% supported Garrosh until Blizzard character assassinated him.
I do find it interesting the comment of Not my horde popped up again because of Sylvanas and what Blizzard is doing again
I fucking hate the revolving door of Horde leadership throughout the past few years, but goddamn am I excited by the possibility of Saurfang potentially taking Sylvanas down.

Like a few others I saw a bazillion new posts and was wondering wtf was going on. Having watched the cinematic some of the stuff make more sense. I am in agreement that the revolving door is a huge negative. I'm still pretty pissed about where they are taking sylvanas. I appreciate suarfang getting attention but this fucking sucks. My wife is pretty sick of my ranting about it at this point.

As a former Horde player it's just really annoying to always be "the bad guy" for really stupid reasons. After nearly 10 years of Warcraft Hitler it would be nice to not be led by an asshole. If they want to make Sylvanas the big bad then they could've done it without dragging an entire faction through the mud with her.
I think they've gone out of their way at this point to not drag the entire faction through the mud, though. I feel like they've specially indicated that Sylvanas, who has increasingly been depicted as a vengeful, bloodthirsty lunatic, is almost entirely both at fault and morally / ethically wrong.
They've also pretty blatantly indicated that the Horde's going to do something about it.

Eh, her Warbringer cinematic did not paint the rest of the Horde in a good light and it took the release of the Saurfang one to quiet some of the complaints.

Sylvanas didn't burn the tree by herself, though. A lot of Horde soldiers followed the order to massacre innocent people. This taints the entire Horde in the process, even if they decide to revolt after the fact.
This is exactly the same thing that happened with Garrosh. The Alliance never has to deal with shit like this because their "bad guys" aren't the nominal faction leaders. The dynamic for the Alliance is always that they are, by default, the good guys, and anything shady that happens is done under the noses of their great and righteous leaders, who if only they knew about the bad seeds would have been able to do something and stop it. The dynamic for the Horde has been that they are, by default, complicit in all the terrible shit their faction does, and anyone who opposes is an outlier (see: Cairne, Vol'jin, Baine, etc. etc. etc.). The implication here is that there is a silent majority who are more than happy to follow orders from Garrosh and Sylvanas.
It begs the question of why the Horde is always the faction that has to be on the shit end of the storyline while the Alliance gets to run around and pretend that their shit don't smell.
i mean we cannot truly know the reason, we can but know that horde players think the writers have alliance favouritism because the horde are always the bad guys, and alliance players think the writers have horde favouritism because the alliance doesn't do anything

Alliance players don't give a shit because "my faction doesn't do anything!" is not a significant problem relative to to playing in a faction that is always forced to be the bad guy. So the equivalence, even assuming it's true, is not a good one.
Hey, WoW thread, I just looked at the PTR notes and Whitemane's abilities. Am I missing something or is she going to be shit-awful at healing her team if there are no enemy heroes around? Like even more extreme than Auriel?

Not really. She can talent into a manaless basic heal at 4 and she can take a talent at 1 to turn her beam into something that can heal friends so she has options for efficient healing when there are no enemy around. She's not going to be like Auriel that can't do anything if there's nothing to attack.

Even assuming what you're saying is true, that's more of a description than a reason.
