I'm pretty spent though. Only 23K lapis left, and 33 tickets. With OK as a primary dude, I could really use Jensen's TMR, but on-banner rainbows are a myth, so...
I finally managed to take down Omega (thanks for the friend unit @Cruor). The last bit that I needed was to switch out Mystea for Shylt so that I had break resists available, since my dps ended up dropping a lot once the Earthquake round happened. The only status that I needed to resist was confusion, and even then I only needed it on turn 1 since I had to use Zarglebargle to provoke the Recoil then, but he could use Arcadian Light on turns two and three. Lakshimi has a group confusion resist move, so I just assigned her to Shylt, and that covered what I needed. I also adjusted how I was using cover, since WoL and Mystea were getting in the way of each other in my previous attempts. I only ever had Shylt use group cover on the Wave Cannon turns, after which he would die and then get re-raised without the cover. I also took a slight gamble and made sure not to provoke the second Recoil, since having WoL die usually meant others would die since he would no longer cover after that. I was able to get everyone with Re-Raise on that turn, so Recoil ended up killing Fina, who re-raised, and then WoL tanked everything else. I probably could have used a Protagonist Halo to make sure someone other than WoL got hit, but I forgot to bring them. I was also fortunate that this run had my best luck for LB crystals and Esper orb generation, so I was able to get all missions done without issues.
I'll leave up my Orlandeau for a while longer in case anyone else needs him, and since his current load-out is great for the raid boss.
Spent 15K lapis and didn't get anything. Wondering if I should blow the rest of my lapis to finish off this lap or continue to hoard for Randi... Decisions decisions..
I'm pretty sure I don't have the damage to get Omega done. I don't have 7* Orlandeau, and I feel like my best bet for a chainer is going to be Raegen, but the best I can do is 1133 atk with one machine killer. Even pulling the best 7* Orlandeau off my friends list, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to have the damage.

Ah! it only has 15% unfortunately. I did end up beating it with all missions but the esper one. I ended up using @maraji Olive with my Olive. I guess if I can't chain anymore, might as well just brute force it. 2x Olive LB's are insane. I haven't even leveled mine up but 2x of them with a little DR dropped him from 80% to 30%.
Probably could have dropped TGCid and used Garnet if I wanted the esper mission. Looking at the item though, not sure I care. If it was turn 1 50% Def/Spr break, it would be a no brainer. 99% of the time I use WD or Rikku's Pouch, it's for MK events or the arena and I'd need it turn 1. I guess for 10-man's it could be handy.
Speaking of the arena. Might just skip it this week. No black magic and no ice...

Yellow Balloon had a crazy time. When it was announced in whatever event loot it came in, it was shown as 15%. Then the data mine originally showed it as 20%. Then right at the end of maintenance they nerfed it back down to 15% again, where it remains.
I just want that dumb 70k Moogle. Then I can go do the new story stuff and decide if I want to spend some Lapis trying for Jensen's TMR. Earliest we'd get the next SoM raid is mid-September, but most likely Randi won't come until October/November, so I have time to build back up if need be.
I'll probably mull that decision over until right before the banner ends after I throw the raid reward tickets at it.

Unless you really like Deus Ex, I'd hold off. TF29 Agent looks amazing at first glance but isn't really all that great in practice. First there are very few units that like dual wielding the weapon combo's on the TMR (Lightning and Onion Knight are the only ones that comes to mind). The 20% is pretty low and if we weren't capped at 300%, would only be around a 30% boost. So in 4-5 months when our cap moves to 400%, it'll be kind of useless.
If OK or Lightning are your main units and will be for awhile, it might be worth it. Or if you want to have a BiS attack number on Orlandeau for a bit, it might be worth it. Otherwise, if there is a unit like Hyoh or Randi you are looking at, it's probably better to keep hoarding.

I got it bad for a year or so, but I've been getting decent pulls for a while now (knock on wood). Do you get rainbows that you just don't mention? Because otherwise you're a statistic anomaly. Yeah, gonna hoard more. I've never actually played a Deus Ex game. If I wanted to go hard it would be for Victor, since his sprite and kit interest me (I like large beefy tank characters, and being a tank and DEF scaling damage dealer interests me a lot) but I'd need to pull two of him on a split limited banner that doesn't guarantee Rainbows are on banner. Also, I can just save for Seighardt after dumping resources for Randi.

If you're using Nox, have you retried reinstalling it? Maybe the game uses like your Imei or whatever to generate the random numbers and for some reason you keep getting shitty rolls.
My friend at work who plays has that kind of poor luck as well. If you take away the pulls with guaranteed 5*'s, I think he's at like 15-16 5k pulls in a row without a rainbow? It's really heartbreaking.
He hasn't gotten a single rainbow from the 5% daily summon yet. He went for the Deus Ex banner and his tickets got him a rainbow... a Delita. It's so bad.

I think if there is a seed number its tied to your account, not your OS/installation. I've been playing FFBE, firstly on an android phone, then an iPhone, as well as Noxing for TM farming, and the units i keep getting dupe rainbows of tend to stay the same. (Currently have 7 of Lunera, VotF, and Rem. 6 Aces).
My breakdown looks like this after playing since the game started: (Rainbows only):
3 Rainbows I have 7 of each.
1 Rainbow i have 6 of.
3 Rainbows i have 5 of each.
10 Rainbows i have 4 of each.
12 Rainbows i have 3 of each.

Not sure why, guess I was hoping I got lucky on the way but did one lap and got a Jensen out of it. Cool to have the TM around just in case I guess. Read a bit about Victor and figured I wasn't going to spend lapis anymore but would be neat to get him. 4* ticket -> Victor. Lucky, but of course now thought about his 7*. Decided to use a 70% blue ticket and got another, hah. Now I'm screwed if I try for Hyou I guess. I'll put him up for fun when I get his TM from the raid.

In fact, and I'm pretty sure this is still true....no computer generated random number generator is ever 100% random. its impossible in programming without giving it something to work off of.

So, tried Omega again using @Tiphares Orlandeau, and I can’t chain either. Lost at the transition from round 9 to round 10 when he auto attacked my DPS down. He was at 3%

And the Mixer in JP does contain 7* upgrade prisms for limited units on a rotation. So, if you get a single Victor he could eventually be 7*
