Fun fact, if you use a Stormcallers Stormtrance super with Karnstein Armlets, your Palpatine lightning will also heal you for each kill, since Stormtrance counts as "melee" for some reason.
Crown of Tempest is just too hard to pass up as a Stormcaller though, it makes an endless feedback loop of abilities recharging.
Ugh the Sleeper Stimulant quest makes pre-nerf Ace of Spades look easy. Grinding out the resonant stems is about the most boring thing I've done in this game.

It was less of a pain during Warmind as long as you hadn't spent all the ones you get leveling up and doing the campaign.
We had a good streak going tonight until some folks left and the matchmaker paired us with a trio of sub-400LL players. They went a combined 12 Kills & 48 Deaths, which is its own sort of accomplishment.
I dare say that if Bungie wants to maintain "Light-Level Matters" in IB, they may need to implement an LL-requisite.

We had two people in 530s, two in 540s, someone in 550s and myself at 560. Just absolutely crushing fools. First team we played against had some 570s and high levelled players but were clearly PvE because their game sense was terrible and we made them pay big time.
Power drops were also kind to me so my Warlock is just shy of 564 and will probably hit that tomorrow (maybe even 565 by weekly reset) given I haven't really done that much on the character this week.

I don't think I've had that many consecutive mercies before, it was wild. The new power play mechanic is pretty great if you can organise your group a little, people really don't bother defending the control points
So I’ve seen some people playing the Warden Strike by going on foot and killing the Vex along the way during the train bit.
This is boring and safe and you should feel bad for doing it.
The correct way is to ride top speed at the oncoming trains with your fire team members at your side, weaving in and out of their path, all three of you coming dangerously close to crashing, but all coming out alive at the end. It’s fucking exhilarating and I wish that section was longer.

Personally outlaw is the perfect perk on the john Wayne Duke. Unless you have one with other perks you like more, I'd keep it for now at least. Whoops I can't read.
Let me reiterate, unless it has outlaw, I scrap my Dukes.
Guys I got a pretty great duke roll. My first duke! Has hipfire and high impact rounds! Which is my jam for PvP! I headshot to open the fight then hip hip to finish! Perfect!
I think from hitting level 50 I unlocked a bunch of powerful engrams in the tower. Should I be waiting for some soft cap to pick these up or am I good to roll around in engrams like a piggy?
