Yes, you can spend your Nav token to increase speed at this point.
You can carry 3 command tokens; you have a Navigate (about to spend it) and a Squadron, and so can handily store a Concentrate Fire since you're spending the Nav token.
If you run into your X-Wings, Fuselage gets to reposition anything you hit, so long as it's touching your ship.
