I managed to get Dragonyule Cleo and two copies of that new dragon, plus all the 4*s (I think? Xander, egyptian lady, other green wand guy)
I would like to get Dragonyule Joan of Arc if I can (and I guess whoever the new hero is, tho she is probably my lowest priority). Hopefully there will be some more chances later on (i.e. free pull weekends and more tickets)
Also I can't auto-repeat anything in this event and it's triggering me... grrr...

Super Hero Brainwashed Mercury can go to effing hell. What a POS fight. That's literally the only one I have left but the DPS check is so tight and it's so easy to fuck up one little thing that I have yet to find a group that can do it. Had one that ALMOST did, but the Victor died at like 75% dead, tried to keep going but the other team mates started sucking and eventually wiped with maybe like 2% hp left and still a whole minute or something -_- I hate this fight. It's especially dumb because I feel like I've done it enough to be pretty decent at it.... except there is so much RNG bullshit that can just insta-kill you ("Oh look, she knocked me back into a whirlpool which flung me into one of those orbs and now I'm dead!")

I'm not happy with these high level MegaMan events. All the solo events were more an exercise in keeping your team AI from doing something stupid and wiping and the co-op had a lot of cheese mechanics.
Is it worth equipping the Mega Man boss buff prints on your AI when doing the solo missions? I've got tons since they drop like candy.
In some cases, at least for me, I found it required. I think specifically Mercury and Zodiark were just impossible without them due to tight dps checks (also the AI acting like freaking idiots and dying a lot). Maybe also Jupiter, I can't remember. I put them on everyone except the healer (tho honestly it could go on the healer too.. Just.. The healer isn't doing a lot of dps :P). 60% damage boost is no joke.
Side note, I still need to beat super hero mercury.. I am determined to get that God damn thing down before this event ends...
chelle is the best sibling by MIIIIIILES and her cat is great too.
new cube fight is also very good.
i'm still mad we didn't get the good android instead of the cliche one.
I did the Wily, fire, and light superhero solo, the rest of the solos kicked my ass and I forgot to do the astral raid due to throwing myself against the solos all day. I really need to get some tier 3 5* weapons started or something cause I've increased my might every other way besides weapons at this point.

I never got Super Hero Mercury T_T I tried really hard but most of the time other people sucked
I also spammed 10 pulls with all the free summons and tickets and campaign wyrmite and crap. I JUST WANT DRAGONYULE JOAN OF ARC GAME!! Argg... I now have FOUR copies of the new dragon - she's one away from MUB -_- There are still some more free summons so I'll keep trying. I just need one god damn copy, is that too much to ask? :P Also if you're gonna pity break me, it could at least be with characters I don't have like Victor :P

I took a first stab at the Nightmare and didn't even see the tree boss before Xander died.
Current water team is Xander, Lily, Nurse Aileen, and Halloween Noelle. I can swap out for Elisanne too but I figured with Noelle, two buffers is probably overkill? I also have Xanfried and Summer Celliera but have nothing invested in them right now.
I don't know from personal experience but I have heard she is very good. She's ranked high on the gamepress tier list
Side note, my current water team is Lily, Xander, Elisanne and Nurse Aileen. It does pretty dang well. So you might be ok - maybe you just need better weapons or higher dojos or whatever.

What is your facility level at? The bonus damage it provides to the event missions is no joke.
Xander with a Slayer’s strength print (if you have one) and feeding adds to his force strikes should get you a pretty significant boost to his damage.
Do you mean Halloween Odetta? Her team bonus overlaps with Xander’s. If survivability is the issue, Eli’s HP boost could do better for you there.

The Gamepress tier lists are terrible, but DYJeanne is great.
DY Cleo was meta when she came out last year, but power creep has reduced her to pretty good tier.
Definitely very usable but not Gala Elisanne for sure.
How bad is the impact of using off-element weapons? Like I have a fully maxed out tier 3 sword, but it's the light element one. Does having Xander equip that debilitate him more than not getting the 3rd ability?
I swapped out Odetta (thanks Russad, yeah wrong name, lol) for Elisanne and commited some eldwater to her HP boost and Lily's skill damage boost.
Crafted the tier 3 spear for Elisanne and Lily has the tier 3 wand (but shadow, not water).
Tried nightmare again and got to the tree boss easy this time, but time ran out and he still had like 40% HP left

I mean, I don't consider them the ultimate authority or anything, but I'd assume if they rate someone high they are probably good, and if someone is way the heck at the bottom, they probably kinda suck. Everything else in the middle is whatever :P

Someone more familiar might be able to answer better, but IIRC it's the equivalent of using a colorless weapon. You just get significant damage boosts (1.5x?) for using same color. So I mean, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but you should also probably try to make him a blue sword. I think even a 4* one is gonna outperform an off-color weapon like that.
Edit: I could be wrong on this, he might still do effective damage to shadow, but at lower damage since he isn't light himself (but like, light sword vs shadow > say, red sword vs shadow). Maybe, I'm not sure :P Not that you should be using a blue against shadow :P
the elemental damage is just based on the adventurer, for clarity.
dragons and weapons give a 1.5x boost to the stats they grant if they have an element and it matches the adventurer they're on.
most dragons also only grant their main boost if the element matches.

Oh hey, does anyone know wtf these dragonyule cakes do? I keep getting them and I don't see any way to spend them... the roasts seem to be stamina refills (like the e-tanks) but I don't see the cakes listed anywhere
Edit: Oh, I'm dumb... it's to raise dragon *bond*, not levels... aka they are clovers... I kinda wish it'd just say this on the item description? :P

So, I'm grinding out the manticores to get the Astral Bane weapons built.
And now tier 6 weapons are coming with the next update.
This grind is getting ridiculous.

The way to look at that would be that the Astral weapons are targetted mainly to people who don't otherwise have access to core or HDT. You shouldn't *need* them if you'd rather focus on working on HDT (or Agito weapons, whatever the heck that turns out to be).
First free multi, I got excited because it dropped down Wand and I was like ohh did I get Cassandra to try out the new mana circle..
And then it was Cassandra! And then it gave me Eldwater and I was like ohh I guess I totally forgot about her since I had Gala Cleo already. Oops.
Anyway, what's the easiest way to beat a Standard dragon trial? I haven't touched these things but apparently I need to beat one to unlock this new mode? That sucks a lot.

Join a pug for HMS. Usually groups will murder him before he gets to the hardest part of the fight.
If you're pug-averse, once you farm up void chimera weapons you can probably solo sHMS. (It was soloable with core weapons, but should be easier now.) You'll need to learn the fight, but you'd probably want to do that before jumping into a pug anyway. If you're going to go that route, I suggest using controlling a melee character and having all your AI characters be ranged -- that way it's easier to bait spits and run the AIs away from the 8-way attacks.
So I've been told that using stones to UB non-limited Dragons is a silly thing and should be avoided. So who do I use them on. I currently have 5 stones and the following limited dragons
D!Jeanne 2/5, H!Marti 1/5.

It's sort of a two-phase thing. For the first one, you're supposed to group up. Immediately afterward he uses a second attack targeted on the same person, but that one should be avoided.
It is entirely possible that pugs aren't grouping up for the first one because they don't know the fight.
I figured Void Agni on double drops would be a good place to farm the new fire orbs, but apparently I was quite mistaken. Haven't seen even a single drop yet. Guess it's back to the campaign?

Getting tired of the grind and Another EDEN is calling me...
Specifically event grinding. Sometimes I want to break from grinding, but DL doesn’t let you right now.
