Yes! It's almost October which is technically the best month of the year to watch horror movies.

You can watch new ones like:

Friday the 13th(2009)
Halloween(2018)
Suspiria(2018)
Carrie(2013)
Evil Dead(2013)
Fright Night(2011)
... And many more!

Or you can watch classics like:

Friday the 13th(1980)
Halloween(1978)
Suspiria(1977)
Carrie(1976)
Evil Dead(1981)
Fright Night(1985)
... And many more!

The variety is endless!

The best thing about the early Friday the 13ths is that they aren't lit like a Hollywood premier.

I watched Being John Malkovich for the first time yesterday. That was not what I expected! The ending is kind of terrifying!

The best part is it gets even more terrifying when you consider the implications
is Craig Schwartz merely trapped in that one girl's life? Or will he be trapped in the next vessel's life and the next's and the next's for eternity

gonna say hereditary too. Scary, visually interesting, good performances, and goes in directions I did not expect from the trailers.

Oh I'm 2 hours later you probably already watched a thing huh

I haven't seen the others yet (they're on the list, I swear) but The Big Sick is high on the very short list of movies I'm willing to rewatch basically at any moment.

    It's really dang good.

Scratch that, I did see Game Night.

    It's pretty good!

Watching Pay It Forward for the first time.

    Very 90s.
Kevin Spacey punching a paedophile is a little ironic.
He's a good actor but even he can't sell his backstory.
The film is infested with a bad soundtrack. The worst parts of a MCU soundtrack.
The ending is hacky. Fakedit- oh gosh "calling all angels" is erasing what little respect I have for this film.

Some of the other bits in there are neat.

My wife volunteers at the New England Aquarium on weekends and last week they let her help feed and play with the octopuses and she came home with octohickies all over her arm and I was intensely envious.

King Kong vs Godzilla although it's kinda cruel they used a hairdryer to force the octopusses to move around

To be clear I 100% believe that octopus saved itself from being eaten by Bugs Bunnying that seal into throwing it at that dude.
