Hello I don't really care about OPs so here we go

• the rules
• the playbook
• the vassal module (recommended as there's no download for the player aid sheets, but the module has them)
• player-made faction aid (note: may not be 100% up to date with the current rules)

Inquisitor has claimed the government but otherwise the factions are up for grabs. Give me your two choices and I'll take whatever's left over.

I am flexible to play whatever, if people do have strong preferences. But keeping Castro out of power would be rad.

Probably the easiest thing to fuck up as Government is missing the differences in capabilities between Troops and Police.

One thing I'll note about this COIN vs. Liberty or Death is that while it is a free-for-all, negotiating and temporarily allying with other players is highly recommended. You can even transfer resources at any time!

Everybody should transfer a couple resources to the Syndicate. I promise you that my men will comp you at the blackjack table on your next visit.

Directorio will Rally, paying three resources to place 1 guerilla in each of Matanzas, Camaguey, and Oriente.

Then Subvert in Oriente to gain two resources and shift it to neutral (sorry Oreo but I need that resource farm also plz don't event me kthx).

Uhhh yes. Yes you can.

Directorio will instead choose to take Op only and Rally without Subverting, assuming 26July is serious about the exchange of resources.

Yep. Only special rule is that when the final propaganda card is revealed you only get limited ops for your last turn.

There's one propaganda card per 12 cards, but it can be anywhere. If you happen to get two in a row you actually skip one propaganda round!
