Two 5* EX tickets gave me Lulu and Yuna. Alright game, are you trying to tell me something.
22 3* tickets and a 90% blue ticket got me nothin'.
One lap on the old banner step-up got me my first two Kryla's, so 7* there. That's something.
But I'm all out of pulls now so I have to decide if want to UoC my Christine for 7* or just sit on it to see if anything happens in Jan to make up my mind.
Sorry to hear about the bad luck this morning. I've actually had a pretty eventful morning. I almost went straight for the old Christmas unit step-up, but decided to pull some EX tickets first. Stopped at the 5+1's.
5+1 ticket #1: 2 golds, 4 blues (ok, no biggie. Moving on to EX tickets.)
3* EX #1: Rainbow! Nyx #2 (Sweet! I want his 7*, but damn, I should have started with the step-up. Back to the 5+1's)
5+1 ticket #2: 2 golds, 4 blues again. (Alright, back to EX tickets)
3* EX #2: Rainbow! Lunera #2 (Are you kidding me?!?!? I really should have done the step-up. Might as well try a 10+1 ticket)
10+1 ticket #1: few golds, the rest blues (As expected)
10+1 ticket #2: Deja-vu. Rinse. Repeat.
10+1 ticket #3: Drops rainbow! Cloud #3 (Almost to that sweet STMR, but I would have preferred another Elfreeda)
3* EX #3-12: mostly blues with a couple golds. (Might as well finish the rest)
4* EX #1-5: all golds, nothing special.
5+1 ticket #3: 3 golds, 3 blues. (Mkay)
5+1 ticket #4: 2 golds, 4 blues. (No random Christmas units, gotta do the step-up now)

Step 4: Drops rainbow! WKN #2! Oh 2nd rainbow! Christine #2. (Mission accomplished, but I still want Kryla...)

Top it off with my kids actually cooperating this morning, which means no yelling or frustration, makes for a really nice morning.
Overall I think the lesson was, don't spend money lol. My paid 5* ticket was Jiraiya and my winter Select was 1 of 2 characters I didn't want. 6 others would have been great.
As for the hoard, I was really hoping for WKN #2, so I could just UoC Zarg and get the itch out of my system. At this point I think I'll just UoC WKN. I have 40 3* tickets and 15 4* tickets left and I want to keep them for future MK events when I need some units.
On the plus side, Elle #4 is nice, now sure who I use where that STMR would help right now. But feels like if the TDW keeps going and we get the changes JP got, should be really nice down the road. Kryla #1 is ok, her TMR should come in handy down the road. CG Nichol #4 was great, his STMR is amazing for kill with esper missions, but #5 is just kind of awkward lol. I guess it's a 50% TM if I merge them right. Rinoa #2 is also a great get. I find myself using her as a friend unit on 'kill with magic' missions since her 3x apocalypse is the hardest hitting magic spell we have right now.
Overall while I got some nice units, not getting the unit your shooting for sucks lol. Especially when dropping just about everything you have.

I kept 2 of him. I have enough gear that I can get both with good attack and it's super useful if you need a different type of friend unit. His TMR isn't 2-handed so it's not super great.

I'd say keep two of him until the TDW meta hits and then fuse them for the sword.
10 +1 was blah, got a 5th wadow and 6th ashe for fodder. 5 star ex turned into a fucking dark knight cecil. Guess I can get his STMR if I feel like it.

DKC's STMR is really good once we got the stat cap moved up. My best Hyoh uses it along with 2x MG's to get the extra 30% attack.
If you can kit out both 7* hyohs it would be better to keep them so you can dual them without needing to find a friend hyoh.
If you don't care to do that, you can't go wrong with a neutral sword at 180 str.

haha no worries, the nice thing is having the UoC we got for free as a backup. Not sure why I'm obsessed with Zarg's STMR when I haven't hit anything I can't beat right now lol. I think it's my need to prepare and knowing the elemental stuff becomes big down the road.
Christine's STMR is crazy good, even Emperor's is only 60% total mag. However having 2 of her would also be an interesting choice if she doesn't have any chaining partners.

TDW meta is a bit after Akstar. It only really reaches full swing when PGLasswell and Raegen get their enhancements. With how much PGLasswell was buffed in GL, he's likely going to be a straight up monster when the enhancements come.

Having a dupe 7* Christine sounds cool, but I just don't see using her that much overall. That STMR would get A LOT of use. I don't have to make a decision for a while so I may wait and see what happens over the next few weeks.
It's so weird having a super high bonus unit team: 7* WKN, 7* Kryla, 7* Christine, Tinkerer Carrie, and 6* Christine. This event should be over with quickly.
