the settings on the gear shift were 1-3, 1-2, 2-3, neutral. Which I thought would actually let me choose, but, as I found out going down a long and steep road, it's more of a suggestion. I had it in 1-2 and engine braking down the hill to save my brakes, both because the brakes are also my steering and I don't want to lose them, and because steering without breaking with both sticks was easier
then it went KA-CHUNK and threw it into third and eleven tons started to hurtle towards the edge of the cliff
Because I can tell you from experience that that is explicitly not the case
So being vague about anything will not help you here, is all I'm saying :P
