stumbled across that emergent thing where you find a klan meeting in the woods. i spied on them for a while as they initiated a new member. i considered taking a picture of the initiate and then doxxing him and making him lose his job at the general store. instead i killed them all and then took a selfie of me slav squatting in front of their bodies and the burning cross

No, not unless it's jostled, and when it happened it didn't really hurt

I was just like "oh, oh dear" as it bled all over the box I'd been breaking down and my new boss was like AAAA OOH NO SHIT UH?? And got me some tape but it honestly wasn't too bad.

I kind of wish I'd just ripped it the rest of the way off when it first happened, because the real problem is that putting the tape on til after work caused most of the tear to like, partially re-fuse to the skin underneath and now I can't remove it without blinding agony

It's fine so long as it's stabilized and left alone though

For anyone who's morbidly curious:

Bleric I have consulted with a nail expert who has some repair suggestions

Well apparently they literally sell stuff called "Instant Nail Repair" but assuming you're not looking to spend money on a fix:

A small square of material from something like Kleenex or a tea bag
Super glue
Clear nail polish / other colour if you're up for painting your nails :P

Brush super glue over the break, then carefully apply a strip of whatever material you're using across the break, then another layer of super glue

Let that all dry for a while and if you can / want to, buff it down so it's relatively smooth before applying the nail polish

It will serve as a temporary nail fix while it grows out, anyway! :surprised:

Also, if you all have any suggestions on what to do while unemployed (besides look for a job) let me know. I've been off work for over 2 months now and it's taking its toll on me. I'm also on a budget, so it's hard to really go out and do much.

And while I've been doing quite a lot with my time, I still seem unfulfilled.

Local library! While I've been out of work I've read a lot of books and they also often have free movie nights and movie rentals, also it's a warm dry place you can go during the day that isn't your house
