You ever start a game up by four levels because the enemy team kept crashing into midlane while you dual soaked as Abathur?
Cause uh...yeah. That was a thing that just happened.

I'm going to be pretty slammed over the next 6 months or so with the podcast. Like this is a pretty big year for us. I'd like to try and get another tournament in the books before things get too busy for me. What's interest in that look like at this stage?

Yes if it's in the next month or so. Otherwise I probably can't

AWWWWW SNAP IT'S TIME FOR A MOTHA-TRUCKIN' DIBBY POST AWWWW YEEEEE BINCHES LET'S GOOOOOO
IT'S YA BOI IMPERIUS. HE'S NOTO-RIUS. RUNNIN' THE STREETS IN THE HIGH HEAVENS. HE AIN'T NO WIMP-ERIUS. AWW SNAP TIME TO TAKE IT TO ELEVEN.
At level 1 you have literally no other choice other than Consuming Flame. No other choice. It completely outshines the other two by such a HUGE margin it's crazy. Adds an insane amount of flat damage especially for a Warrior-type (flat damage gains are huuuugely valuable for Warriors considering their damage typically doesn't scale well!) AND increases the center-slow to 55%. It's so fucking good. Quest is damn easy and completes itself. Once complete this gives you a FUCKTON of burst damage. Like just fucking insanely strong burst.
Level 4 is generally Battle Hunger, this is some extremely good extra sustain... but if the comp calls for it (as in that first screen), take Bulwark of Flame instead. Being able to pre-load a fight with 4 Block charges AND get more is insanely valuable.
Level 7 is a toss-up between Blaze of Glory and Holy Fervor, but usually it's Blaze of Glory. The answer here is that honestly both are really good. Fervor is great waveclear, helps on objs like Infernal Shrines, punishes Melee Heroes really hard. Fervor is also good on single target as well because it does deal more damage than a regular auto (257 vs 330 at 20!). Problem with Fervor though is that the CD doesn't start til all four charges are used up and sometimes you're left with a stray charge. But if none of those are applicable you can just take Blaze. It's even more flat damage (eyyy!) and it provides even more burst in your burst combo. Guess what: It's hard to run out of this thing when you're slowed by 55%. Blaze also helps with waveclear a bit as well, though not as clean as Fervor. When in doubt, Blaze of Glory.
Level 10 is generallyAngelic Armaments BUT I've been messing around with Wrath of Angiris a bit as well and that one is also VERY strong. It just depends on the comps. If your team has setup/follow-up, you can take Wrath and you now have an instant delete button. In a pinch it's also peel (Butcher/Varian/whoever else is beefing your healer and you don't have Q? TO THE SKIES.), but honestly it's also just really good at punishing melee heroes. BUT when in doubt just take Armaments. It's a big boi chonky-ass Shield and it still does a fuckload of damage on its own. And Armaments has a 60 sec cd!
Level 13 is generally Divine Rage, but sometimes Heat of Battle can be good. Divine Rage is largely invisible in that you won't notice it too closely, but it basically just provides some extra CDR on your E which is highly valuable. It's 0.25 secs per hit so if all hits connect it shaves 3 seconds off the cooldown, which effectively gives it a cd of 6 secs (12 sec normal cd, 3 seconds of active time, 3 seconds shaved off). Heat of Battle gives you more healing though which can make you exceptionally tanky. Depends on how hard you're being focused down and if you really need it.
Level 16 I've basically completely swung over to Melting Touch. I know a lot of people really like Sovereign Armor, because 50 Armor is nothing to scoff at.... but applying -25 Armor to someone for 4 seconds makes them fucking dead. Gee I dunno would you rather be a bit tankier for 2 seconds or just fuckin' kill someone? HMMM..... But yeah, I don't think I've looked back since swapping to Melting Touch. It also punishes the fuck out of melee (I have ruined TB Varians' days with this shit), Tanks, and like honestly everyone. Melting Touch also translates to more healing on your E!
Level 20 is basically almost always going to be the Ult Upgrade, but Valorous Pursuit is pretty strong. It gives you Vorpal Blade basically, except you have to, yknow, actually target the person you want. I think both the Ult Upgrades are exceedingly powerful though so I have a very difficult time giving those up.
BOOM THAT'S ALL I GOT.
other tips???:
- The Spotlight vid said "W first then Q" but that's wrong. You really want Q first, then W. W after the stun means they can't just walk away after. But then again it also depends, sometimes W first is correct because it makes landing the Stun easier. ...But in general I prefer Q->W.
- You can activate E during your Q channel!
- E applies Trait debuff constantly so definitely keep AAing after you've hit E. It translates to a lot of extra damage.
- AA constantly. Impy may have a slow ASPD (0.83) but he hits really goddamn hard, even harder with his Trait, and he has an attack range of 2.
- Q is a little funky and hard to get a grip on at first. It's got a variable cast range to it. Always be aiming just before the target's hitbox. Sometimes you'll aim too far and go past them. You can also cast this literally right at Impy's feet for a melee range Q.
- Remember that Q can go through terrain, but it's also a little finicky there too. But yknow, just like Hanzo, seek out walls if you need an escape.
- Wrath is also REALLY difficult to get a handle on as well. It's got a TINY fucking cast range and a pretty long wind-up. Generally it's meant to be used right after a Q, or after a W, but you almost always need to be in melee range first.
- edit: Q can go through Terrain, but Wrath cannot. V IMPORTANT DO NOT FORGETTING. However, Wrath's cast can like, go through some stuff? I went past a Zombie Wall with my Wrath cast, although I dunno about how it functions when you're in the air.
- Be careful with engaging. Sometimes you thrust yourself in way too deep and get blown up instantly. Just be patient with your Qs.
- Never use Q or E for waveclear. It's just a waste of mana. W W W. That's all you need. You can line up a perfect W when the wave is filing in as well.
- Speaking of, the video was wrong, your waveclear is really fucking good. You just need maxxed W quest and/or Fervor.
- You kinda suck at mercing, but you get a slight bit better with Holy Fervor and maxxed W quest.
- You will never ever have any mana. You just won't. Sorry.
What is with the Angiris Council and mana problems? Auriel is the only one who doesn't OOM in seconds, and that's only because she literally doesn't have the mana mechanic.

For heroes over 100 games:
Stukov (106 games) 65.1%. I played a lot of Stukov when he was stronger.
Azmodan (121 games) 62%. Most of these are pre-rework Azmodan and won off the back of pushing lanes all game.
Tyrande (102 games) 59.8%. Most of my games have been on post-rework Tyrande. She's really really good and I'm surprised people don't recognize it. People seem to know that she's good but don't realize how much better she is than other supports. If you can hit targets, you have more burst healing than old whitemane and infinite sustain healing.
Hey speaking of Hotslogs, it says I'm Master 102 in QM now. That means there's literally only 101 players in the US with higher QM MMR than me. Like, that's fucking sick.

I guess both of my clients are out this morning due to the weather. I'm going to provide therapy for another kid until lunch and then go home for the day. Get hyped boys!

I still go Q build on Rag when there's 3 tanks cause at 16 you just start wrecking their health. (This is, of course all QM less than bronze where you can easily get away with stuff like that)
I don't think Q or W builds are necessarily bad on Rags, it's just that E offers just as much wave clear, damage, and survivability and doesn't require you to stack anything. It's also a bit more versatile in it's playstyle and approach, and gives Rags the option of using his tank to deliver Blast Waves in the event that he, himself, can't safely do so.
