How does camp resources work? I assume that if I log off and my camp can’t be placed when I log back in. Or I move my camp that all my buildings get stored and I can place them for free...
But maybe that’s way wrong

So far, on the PC, my CAMP has stayed where I left it, and crops and crafting stations are intact when I log back in. I haven't done much with buildings or turrets, so I don't know if they stay. Crops and crafting stations can be rebuilt for free after you create them the first time.

The theory is that your CAMP will respawn where it was, unless you log into a server where somebody else dropped their CAMP radius on top of where yours would be, in which case you'll need to deploy it again.
When you deploy or redeploy your CAMP, everything you had built will be placed into the "stored objects" tab. Anything in there will count toward your build maximum, and you can deploy it for free at any time, geography permitting.

Pretty much except there is a set perimeter where you cant put it too close to named locations, you should build a base layer (a cement block or more) as the thing that touches the ground and build your actual base on top of those, otherwise you'll have problems finding a location the game will let you put it down on.
I got Marsupial with super high jumps, I wonder if there are some tall buildings that arent part of a named location to build a camp on top of, ideally with access to water for purifiers... Hmm.

You dont really need flat land if you build a single foundation cement block (with stairs) as the only thing that touches the ground, then the game will let you put your stuff down almost anywhere.
Basically, the less that touches the ground will make it alot easier to find places to put your camp down.
Also, screenshots of weird shit.
My friend logged out of his main to log on his pack mule, this is what your character looks like inside a Power Armor... Are you asking why his main character is still visible and without his clothes...? No idea.

This happened earlier. (<Playername> has launched a Nuke, 5 minutes until impact!) I stayed there since I wasnt sure if you just had to be in the Blast Zone at one point or to actually get hit by the blast for the achievement. Nuke made the Ghouls in the Golf Club mutate into level 58 green glowing special Ghouls that were a little nasty, they gave a ton of xp though.
My camp took a bit of a hit, basically everything except the building frames was obliterated, my crops were destroyed, same with my Fusion Generator... Oddly enough the turrets didnt take any damage.
It wasnt that bad resource wise to restore everything, I expected it to be worse.
It also led to this screenshot which is my favorite F76 one for now.
If I get out of a suit of power armor and leave it standing somewhere, will it just stay where I left it indefinitely, even if I log out? Can another player just come along and take it? I know there were some pop-ups about power armor earlier in the game but I didn't pay enough attention to them, I guess. I know an empty chassis ports to my inventory after a very short time, but the full suit didn't seem to do that in my brief testing. It just stayed put.

It will return to your inventory after about a minute. Unless you specifically hit "Drop" for the chassis, no other player can claim it.

Well, that's what I thought, but it didn't do that last night which is what threw me. I left a full suit of power armor standing in my camp and wandered off for 10 minutes or so and it just stood there and was still there when I fast-traveled back. Bug, I guess? /shrug

So here is the core loop.
day has reset-
Go farm screws and adhesive to repair and upgrade.
Go sell to vendors to make what little caps you can.
Knock out quests for Recipes/Gear/XP
maybe explore.
repeat.
Also I'm on PC and my CAMP has disappeared like 6 times over the holiday. I'm not in some weird area. Also repaired all my gear. server crashed... no repaired gear, no mats.

My gameplay loop:
Start playing on main character:
Go to Whitespring Bunker and check to see if he is selling calibrated shocks or other mods for my X-01.
Check for Nuke at Whitesprings to farm ghouls/flora for legendaries/Mats.
Farm Nuke area until out of shotgun shells
Go farm plastic at Watoga School to make more shotgun shells
Switch to alt:
Go to Whitespring (if not Nuked, if Nuked relog) clear ghouls.
If group is farming ghouls farm with them until bored.
Switch back to main character and repeat.
Time is a flat circle

Why not explore the map ? It's more interesting than farming and so far random exploration has met my need for screws, gears, and adhesive. Only ballistic fiber is hard to find.

Most serious downside to Whitesprings being a resource hub is that all of those people spawn Level 62 Ghouls, which really are a pain when you are 30 and trying to get quests done.

If you are on PC and have been losing progress do to crashes and/or disconnects then you should look in to changing how often the game Autosaves.
Currently it autosaves every 10 minutes. This guide here has the info on how to change that to whatever you want (among other things). The writer set it to autosave every 2 minutes.

Marsupial is so fun, it works with power armor too, I’m just sprinting and jumping from roof to roof.
Its basically triple jump height.
Went to Harpers anyway bought a new door plan and the plan for Radium Rifles.
Any other notable vendors with rare plans that might be a bit hidden?
Spoilers
The armory in the Whitesprings Enclave bunker has some good plans, including mods for the X-01 power armor that change randomly. It's a bit hidden away, you can get to it by going from the military wing to the command hub, and then the armory branches off from the command hub. There should be signs pointing you in the right direction. A lot of people get this place confused with the production center and forget it's even there.

I’ve looked at the X01 parts plenty of times, I’m only after “Bright Lights” for it, mainly because I have no fucking idea what any of the rest do, Bethesda seems unwilling to show me unless I buy them, which is idiotic.
Do we have a list of what the parts do somewhere? I keep getting F4 info.

You can craft a level 50 X01 version iirc, is there 60, 70 and 80 etc. as well?
Do you get mods back from scrapping old X01 pieces? I’m guessing no.

On PC I was crashing about once per hour going into last week's patch, but have only crashed once since, which is great performance for Bethesda.
I crashed once last night after picking a lock on a box. Before that, I crashed once a few days before when I hit "new" to make an alt character. Game seems pretty stable on my end.
I don't have a gameplay loop. I'm still exploring every square inch of the map. That should take me a few more months.
Yeah, it's no wonder that so many people dislike the game, if they treat it like work.

They could also have been expecting a bugtested game, it certainly feels like Bethesda's team looked at the usual development schedule and just cut out "Debug" from the plan for some reason.
I'm still enjoying it but the idea that a AAA Developer would launch a 60$ game in this state in the year 2018 and not expect it to bite them in the ass is still baffling to me.
Even the Co-op, their most touted feature of F76 is such a halfbaked product, I have to shoot every mob my friend is shooting to get exp for them even if they are standing right next to me? I remember co-op games in the nineties that had shared kill exp, so what the hell is this? Amateur hour?

Not just co-op, but the whole shared world thing is just painfully done. One quest which involves killing a specific scorched in a specific place is a total crap shoot as to whether someone on your server has already killed it or not. Then there's also level inappropriate mobs spawning because someone near you is 20 levels above you, leading to yakkity sax-ing away from whatever quest location you're trying to get to, and waiting for everything to despawn.

Everyone bitched and bitched about level scaling in previous Bethesda games, and now there's a not-insignificant chance you can run into things much higher (or lower) level than yourself, and people are bitching about that. This isn't meant to be aimed specifically at you - it's a general trend I've noticed. It's just funny to me.
Personally I love it. I was doing quests yesterday up around the Grafton area at level 20 or so, when suddenly I stumbled through an area full of 30-something super mutants engaged in battle with a 35-or-so alpha deathclaw, while another 30-something snallygaster wandered not far away. I thought it was glorious. Especially as I plinked away at the deathclaw while the mutants fought it to a sliver of health and I did the rest. Yay for teamwork. Sorry you all died, super mutants!

So I'm level 11, and radiation is becoming a huge problem. I usually have 50-75% radiation which means my health is always super low. I haven't found any radaway recipies and online I just saw there's a high level quest 20+ before you get it. There's supposedly decontamination areas but I've yet to find one. Anyone have some tips for dealing with radiation? Radaway is super expensive at robot trader, like 64 caps each.

In theory, yes. Buildings are VERY finicky about needing flat land, however, which is why many people build on golf courses.
Basically, the less that touches the ground will make it alot easier to find places to put your camp down.

Remeber you can push the right arrow key (on pc) to change styles for items you own. You start with a bunch of door styles.
I bought brick walls from Harper’s ferry.
I’ve triplechecked.
Kind of stayed away from Harpers Ferry since there is a possible nasty bug there.
the endless robots there fight the enemies and make it easier
also plenty of places to go repair your stuff or stash things

Apparently it’s possible to stack Marsupial with other buffs to be able to jump high enough to Melee scorchbeasts in the air.
When I finally downed them both there were like 2 protectrons left standing.
