Oh, regarding that Incineroar Down-B move? The buff multiplier does vary according to the strength of the move countered, and it can stack, up to a maximum of 3 times normal damage for his next hit. So the maximum damage is 84% for a fully charged side smash.
Shouldn't it be Mega Man instead of Ridley, since Cell is an android and that's closer to Mega Man being a Robot, and Cell has multiple peoples abilities and taking abilities is kind of Mega Mans thing to.
Early stage Cell does the tail stabbing thing though.

Cell isn't a robot; he's a genetic experiment. In that, he's closer to Mewtwo than Mega Man. But the aforementioned tail stabbing thing with Ridley is a good point.

Y'all see that Olimar spirit glitch? Damage scaling is fucked for some of his Pikmin, if you put a high Attack spirit on and do an f-air, you can do crazy damage with red and purple. Like OHKO level stuff, depending on the spirit.

I thought maybe there was something up with that since I breezed through Hard mode World of Light doing this with the super armor spirit. I was two shotting most of the enemies and I noticed that the red one seemed to be especially deadly beyond the usual damage differences in the Pikmin.
DQ3 is such an absurdly liked Famicom-game that I didn't even notice that it isn't a trophy or anything in Smash.

I did! it hella sucked!
It was nice being able to give different Mario stages the proper tracks based on which games they were from, for example!
Plus it let me put the DK Rap as the most likely song for every DK stage, as it should be
sure, same, but honestly like, I would rather set them all to equal, then mute the songs i dislike
it just seems like making everything equally likely would be a much more convenient baseline
