There's yeah. Topic a bit Bop like a bit baps flowering baps that worry Bap flowery Batman tell me more about these flowery baps. They wanted some detail and fluffy. Yeah large enough to hold a narrow talker. Yeah, so, what's the story? All right. All right. Yeah, it's my first time making them just a brownie good job.
Having a friend who does transcription work, yeah, there's a reason human transcription services are still around. People definitely drastically overestimate the quality of speech recognition outside of a handful of clear single speaker sentences.
I dunno, I think I'm more interested in it than I was when it was just weird trailers. Delivering stuff across a desolate landscape with little things connecting you to other players sounds kinda cool. If anything, it's all the weird Kojima stuff like the BB and the dead/monsters and whatnot that I'm not as interested in.

Man, this is pretty good. And not like in a good quality way:

Man I think Jeff's physical reaction to this game is identical to mine.
I'll be interested to see how this all plays out, currently it just looks....not fun?
The impression I am getting is that a huge amount of resources went into stuff that you will check out once. And that most of the gameplay seems focused on the most tedious things you could come up with.
How many hours of a game are you willing to just walk, and also balance apparently? Going on a hike in a game is not going on a hike in real life.
I can't in any way imagine this game being well received now.
Wow, huh, I guess I didn't realize Death Stranding was gonna be a $60 game. I always kinda thought of it as a $40 game for some reason. That's probably a steep ask for people buying it new.
I was probably gonna wait for it to go on sale anyway Sounds like a good $20-$30 game, depending on how much people rave about it after launch.
Even if the game play does become tedious, I'm not sure I can wait to play a game with as weird a story as I'm expecting and not have parts of it spoiled
Kojima explaining that the game was made possible because of his collaborations with so many people and Jeff sarcastically saying "straaaaands!" was a great way to cap off that first video.
I think this game looks really interesting. In a weird way it has that feel of when you're just traversing a planet all alone in a Metroid game. Only other Samus' left some stuff behind and you can give their abandoned suit upgrades a Like.
I can never get mad about this kind of stuff, absolutely there should be a huge variety of games being made. But goddamn it's always crazy to see what people like him can get away with.
About halfway through and I think this game looks awesome and also extremely polarizing. It's like someone decided to make a game out of BOTW's inventory system!
Also the crew's flabbergasted expressions during the whole thing makes this video very worth watching.

It's certainly not worth being mad about, but boy Kojima's shit is not my thing.
Can Kojima make a version of The Postman worse than Kevin Costner's?
Find out on the 8th of November!
Nah, people don't get it.
This game is oregon trail where Norman Reedus is the wagon. they strap 500lbs to his back and say 'ok now walk from DC to CA'. 5 minutes into the video he tries to fjord a river, fails and loses a bunch of cargo. Oregon.Trail.

Regardless of Jeff’s reactions and how he thinks of this game, he admitted that it’s a good thing that someone is at least creating something this crazy of this level in the video game industry.
Going to very interesting the reactions come launch.
I am perpetually amused at his shitting on the Gameboy while admitting he had a grand total of one game for it (a game he also owned on the NES), and never played it outside of his home.
I don't have very many distinct memories from my childhood, but one of them is myself and my elementary classmates on a skiing trip, huddled around a table and passing around a Gameboy, getting our asses kicked by Gremlins 2 (which is not very good, but fuck, playing a real game whilst out of the house was wild to me).
Man, I've played more Gameboy games that I'd like to admit. On anything but the Gameboy itself (3DS & Emulators).
I think the only games I played on the real thing were Super Mario Land and a WWF game. And yup, I can't argue against Dan, we didn't know better but it was magical playing games away from your TV.
I owned two Gameboys. I was a dumb kid. It was a bad system that was only cool because it was better than the Tiger handhelds i had.
I just played Awakening again 2 years ago and I don't know about worst but Zelda but it's bottom 3rd for me. It was neat when I was 11 and on a road trip and had nothing better to do than trying to find the exact person to bring a thing to but *shrug*. It's fine.
In a post Link Between Worlds era...it's not top 3 for me anymore.
edit: My ranking of Zeldas in no particular order:
-Breath of the Wild
-Link Between Worlds
-Wind Waker
I didn't play Ocarina at the time it was released so I don't have that much nostalgia for it. I played TP first so I ended liking that one a lot more than Ocarina. I'm actually gonna start up Majora's Mask real soon so let's see how that one compares.

I’m looking toward to Death Stranding because it isn’t very often I’m presented with a big budget game that I don’t immediately understand. Maybe it won’t end up being pleasant or even that good, but I’m looking forward to the experience of being challenged (conceptually, not in terms of gameplay difficulty) by something like this. It could be cool! Usually I have to go to esoteric indie games for that shit, and I like those too, but it’s nice to see something with more resources out into it.
