I was thinking more like, if it's based on Wolverine's mental self-image, would she not even need hormone therapy, and would her mental self image instead regenerate her into her ideal body as determined by her self-image bypassing the need for any surgery or HRT.

flop around while your body like, re-inflates and your bones and organs regrow
would it just make new bones, or would it turn the bone shards back into regular bones?
where does he get the energy to regenerate? do you think Wolverine has to eat a lot to keep his power going?

His healing factor can burn out if over taxed. In X-Force one of the Horseman gave him every disease and it borked him up for a good while.

and if set during a certain time in Deadpool's career, literally unkillable because Thanos was jealous of the budding relationship between Deadpool and Death and made him immortal
