Kind of surprised they are going Bartz/Lenna here. Maybe they need less GL tweaking to get back to meta vs Galuf and co. Also seems like bad timing with the Sworn Six upgrades since Folka is getting a boost making it less desirable to pull Lenna. Either way, I'll probably pull for her since it's MK and I only have 1 Myra still.
I think I'll go for Kryla because she's limited and I might not get a chance to get a cheap 7* again. Then I may or may not get Fid. Just because.
If all my tickets and lapis have run out and I can't keep up anymore, I'll just quit.
You will get a lot of use out of Kryla's TMR also. Elemental tetris is easing up, but we still have a lot of GLEX content coming where it will be very helpful.
I am rather excited for the Sworn Six enhancements. Sieghard is still my tank of choice and it'll make the desire to pull for Galuf less. Ignacio's enhancements are also fun from what I remember of JP. Each of them could also get GLEX improvements, which would be fantastic.
I always liked Raegen, hopefully with his enhancements and short story perk he'll be usable again. I just got a 2nd Cid, so it'll be interesting to see how he turns out. Technically I could grab the 10K bundle and get Reberta's STMR for him.
Also leaning towards UoC'ing Myra and calling it a day. Seems with her buffs, her and Lenna are pretty much at the same level. And with Esther, A. Lasswell, Randi, and CG Lightning, I'm pretty set on physical DPS. Hopefully both their moogles are in the shop and I can just grab them for the TMR's.
I'm probably going to UoC Myra and Charlotte if I don't luck into either of them after the last batch of follow up tickets plus the 5o EX ticket from the daily login and the EP reward from the current event.
And I really hope I can get at least one more moogle container, too.
I'm going to hold off on Charlotte till WKN fails me. Right now he's still holding strong and there's always a chance of a random Charlotte pull down the road. Galuf is more interesting in that I don't have Sieghard, so his massive innate provoke plus Charlotte level DM would be a big improvement over Wilhelm or M. Ramza.

OK so now I have Alolasswell and 2 of his TMR. I still have 1 TMR coin left over from these bundles, not sure how to spend it as of yet.
I would also wait until Friday to pull any of the EX tickets unless you want to have a chance at getting any of the Octopath units.
I used a single 4* ticket to get a Therion. Done with this banner! I don't want to press my luck since I'll have to summon on Friday for bonus units for the MK event. Hopefully, I can pull a couple of Atlie with a few tickets and be done.

I’m thinking I should hold onto it forever...err... until I pull 2 of some limited future unit. I might be letting my lack of any prism moogles color my decision
I'm holding on to mine in hopes of 2 50% moogles showing up at some point. Though I suppose I could save myself 10K lapis and use it on Reberta since her STMR is pretty universal and awesome.

Looks like they doubled up on using NRG this week with MK and a new story chapter (and esper). I'm sitting at 35800 EP so I still have almost two days left of farming, but I'll wait until Friday to use it.
Now that I think about it. I will wait to use all of my EX tickets from the FU tickets until Friday so I have a chance to pull bonus units. Then I can save my regular tickets.

That's how RNG works. If it was perfectly distributed it wouldn't actually be RNG. Clumpiness is to be expected in a game with tons and tons of players.

But RNG is not account based or game instance based, it is server side. So, with thousands or millions of simultaneous requests going on, it does not seem so crazy to me.

I'm out of tickets now, but I picked up one 4* ticket. I wanted one Therion. I got one Olberic. 9_9
I had 10k lapis left over from Octopath, so I bought the bundle for Kryla. Seemed like a good buy for her flexibility.
I ran into a problem with all the rainbows I've gotten lately that I didn't expect. I've completely run out of calamity gems until the next MK starts. I've never run out of the awakening mats before.
But RNG is not account based or game instance based, it is server side. So, with thousands or millions of simultaneous requests going on, it does not seem so crazy to me.
Should it not matter? Even if there are a thousand pulls between two of yours, it's not like the chance of a dupe increases. The chance of pulling a dupe should be the same as if no one else pulled.
The thing I could see happening is that I used so many tickets in my time playing FFBE that a few dupes in close proximity become probable, and that every time it happens it stands out and my mind makes a note of it while forgetting all the non-dupes.
Or the server generated a list (refreshed maybe once a day) and is going through that list every time you pull, and sometimes the server fucks up and doesn't move to the next item of the list. Weren't there a few cases years ago of people pulling a rainbow, the server going back a few hours, and then pulling the exact same rainbow again? Or did I imagine that?
I think it’s just that exceptional outcomes are more memorable, and ease of recall is often substituted for probability of occurrence.
Also people usually only report interesting outcomes, so it’s hard to gauge the number of uninteresting outcomes accurately, especially as the number of total pulls varies a lot depending on banner.

Yes, this has to be the case, otherwise it would be horrible trying to pull dupes.
I would not bet against there being something weird under the hood regarding pulls. I've still yet to see Ramza or Veritas of the Light in my 3+ years of playing the game. I also feel like there are plenty of people that don't have a ton of rainbows but will have 7 or 8 of one character in particular.
I grabbed the bundle for Reberta ‘s STMR. Universal attack plus bulk is nice. I’ll just wait till prisms for Kryla #2. I have a ton of trust coins.
A. Lasswell is nice, high damage and tankiness. But he’s locked to water or wind.
His most reliable damage is from Water/Wind, yes, but he does have non-elemental options. Importantly Showdown, his big damage CD, is non-elemental, and you can use Summer - Ocean Splitter as a non-elemental chaining option when his CD is not available. The mods on Ocean Splitter (6.9x with passive) are pretty bad compared to Winds of the Sea and Waves of the Ocean (16.5x). Alternatively, you could rely on chaining his LB (22x, 2xAMoE frames, which means it's slightly better than 3xOcean Splitter) on turns when his CD is down. His LB is only 20 crysts, so it'll be up most of the time, if not every turn.
Sure, there are better options for other elements, but if you WANT to use other elements with A.Lasswell you could.
