The bundle is a good value but not amazing. The STMR bundle in the shop last month was $50 and most $50 bundles now come with around 10K lapis. So they are pretty equivocal, other than I can use in game earned lapis to get these STMR's, which boosts the value quite a bit.
I got it to get Reberta's STMR but we'll see how Friday goes. I'll hopefully have the ticket from the Demon Parade, a 10+1, and a ton of EX tickets. Maybe I'll weirdly pull another Reberta.
Not sure what to do with the coins though. I have 106, with only 10 tickets coming tomorrow. So I'm guessing it a gold pull for me.

A. Lasswell is nice, high damage and tankiness. But he’s locked to water or wind.
His most reliable damage is from Water/Wind, yes, but he does have non-elemental options. Importantly Showdown, his big damage CD, is non-elemental, and you can use Summer - Ocean Splitter as a non-elemental chaining option when his CD is not available. The mods on Ocean Splitter (6.9x with passive) are pretty bad compared to Winds of the Sea and Waves of the Ocean (16.5x). Alternatively, you could rely on chaining his LB (22x, 2xAMoE frames, which means it's slightly better than 3xOcean Splitter) on turns when his CD is down. His LB is only 20 crysts, so it'll be up most of the time, if not every turn.
Sure, there are better options for other elements, but if you WANT to use other elements with A.Lasswell you could.

I would not bet against there being something weird under the hood regarding pulls. I've still yet to see Ramza or Veritas of the Light in my 3+ years of playing the game. I also feel like there are plenty of people that don't have a ton of rainbows but will have 7 or 8 of one character in particular.
I still have yet to see Duke, Shadow Lord, or Orlandeau. And there's tons of the newer characters I don't have.
But yeah, eight Tidus, seven Fohlen, and seven Maries...

Probably not gonna do the 4 random rainbow summon. I'm pretty much set for units, and the other 40M/F-up summons might get me anything I am missing, and if not, I have a bunch of UoCs saved up. The lapis is more valuable to me at the moment since we have Halloween coming up soon.

I decided to hold off on the 10k shop bundle, mostly because I can't bring myself to use Aloha Lasswell even if he's a meta-tier DPS. He just breaks muh immersion too much.
The 9k quad-rainbow seems like a no-brainer for me, though - there are a lot of units that would be highly relevant for me to pick up either a first or second copy. Between the anniversary summons and the 40mil campaign, I'm hoping to be able to round out my roster considerably.
I missed the part about the limited rainbow pull for the 9k summon. I still don't think I'll be going for it. I still need to recover after splurging on the Elena banner. My team feels pretty solid right now. I could UoC Sylvie or Fid to improve my support slot, but their 6* forms are working for now and CG Nichol is putting in some work after enhancements.
