Yeah this is more of a days gone thing, the symbol on the forehead is something the cult in that game does.

Days Gone had the Rippers, that would carve "RIP" into their foreheads and had nothing to do with creepy bundles of sticks (the infected would build their nests out of sticks and poop, but that's entirely separate from the Rippers). I know nothing about Rage 2, but I can at least say this is not about Days Gone.

Yeah, there's a SECOND cult in Days Gone called "the Anarchists" (along with the Rippers). There's a trophy for toppling their stone monuments strewn about the Oregon countryside.

It totally has a crafting mechanic.

Though honestly the most bullshit aspect of it is it takes place in oregon but you pump your own gas? Yeah no one in oregon can do that. Their vehicles would all be out of gas next to pumps swarmed by zombies.

I have never heard the phrase "call in before I call out" but I can tell exactly the sort of management nonsense it fits into...and just reading the phrase makes me want to Thanos Snap twice (additive, not multiplicative. That is, I want to kill everyone. Not 75%. That would be silly).
