Ya if a dps decides they wanna start pulling extra shit than as far as I'm concerned they just volunteered to tank those mobs.
As a healer, I encourage people not to do this. I mean, I get it, but you'll wind up annoying me more than you do them. I know people who regularly do stuff like this, but they're really not trying to be dicks about it. They just want to wrap things up quicker, and are familiar enough with the dungeons to know what we can safely pull.
Admittedly, this kind of thing is why I'm not interested in playing as a tank. I don't want to feel the need to research every part of a new dungeon before diving in, in order to know how far we can run.
Ok, now consider that every tank is new at some point and has that same trepidation about tanking, and therefore do unto others as you would have others do unto you and don't be the asshole who pulls because you think they're going too slow. If people want to ensure maximum pull speed they can fuckin' queue as tanks.
You're absolutely not wrong. I just believe that trying to antagonize them is only going to make things worse for everyone.
Incidentally, the prime offender I was referring to is someone who does usually play as a tank. He just decided to level a few other classes for the sake of variety and having options later on.

it's probably just because of them being recent additions but I thought red mage and samurai were already in pretty good spots as far as numbers of buttons, certainly better than most
I mean it really is up until the last two levels that adds what's essentially a finisher to the Enchanted Riposte combo that's a bit clunky to find space for.
I’m annoyed that instead of just removing damage from displacement and shifting potency elsewhere to make up for it, they’re adding a second button to press only if you can’t use displacement that is 50 potency less

The only thing that annoys me in dungeons are when tanks do the fake small pull into full pull.
It's not that bad for some classes, but I'm leveling NIN now and I kinda want to die every time I drop Doton cause the tank has stopped moving, only for them to take off running to the next pack after a few GCDs.

Gravity is also a brutally long cast time(3 sec base) and a mana hog to boot. In duty finder normalization it runs roughly ~12% of your total mana to cast one Gravity... assuming you have the leeway to stop and cast any in really big pulls. It's like they deliberately expect you to burn Lightspeed just to get a good spam going.

Gravity sounds roughly equivalent in easy of use and mana cost to Holy so that's probably just what you should expect for healer AOE spells. If SCH is different it's just because of being joined at the hip to SMN.

Ten-Chi-Jin for Suiton end, Jin-Ten-Chi for Doton end (I want to say it basically just comes down if you have Trick Attack up? Though Doton does need them to stand in it to beat out the Suiton path). You do not want to hit Hyoton, it's awful.
Duality only affects weaponskills, so the optimal use is on Aeolian Edge.
Duality only works on GCD weaponskills, not abilities, so it won't have any effect on Dream Within A Dream. Because your highest potency GCD, Shadow Fang, has most of it's potency tied up in the DOT (which isn't affected by Duality), you always want to pair Duality with Aeolian Edge instead.
And yeah, for Ten Chi Jin you want to go Fuma - Katon - Doton (most potency as long as the enemy doesn't move from the Doton AOE) or Fuma - Raiton - Suiton (to set up Trick Attack from Suiton).

Ability charges . Their opener is going to be insane with double Kassatsu and shit though. I think TCJ might be moving off the meter to just a cooldown?
Duality + their enmity skills are going away, TCJ doesn't cost cost Ninki anymore, Bhavacakra will only cost ninki and won't have a cooldown (so you will always use Frog for AOE and Bhava for ST), Shadow Fang will combo after Spinning Edge instead of Gust Slash, Kassatsu gets 2 charges.
For new stuff they get a few traits that beef up Kassatsu ninjutsu, better Ninki generation, and a new Ninki spender at 80 that doubles all their weaponskills for a set duration (so Duality on crack, basically).
Oh yeah, best change, 20 second Suiton duration makes setting up TA a bit less annoying.
Edit: Oh oh yeah, Assassinate is getting changed from a <20% only skill to a proc that triggers every time you use Dream within a Dream. Why they don't just roll the potency into DWD, I have no idea.

the thing to keep in mind is that there is no death penalty in this game so if you go to hard just get back up with new knowledge of your limits

Always commend the BLM hero pulls the boss with thunder when some tank puts up a 25 second countdown during LotA.

It's a terrible button. NIN has some really bad ability bloat.
