    I don't vote in chat often, but fuck this is a good one.

    Also man I've spent the last week talking to credit unions and they're rull leery to give a millenial money to start a farm even though I look like I'm amish. I got it though.

    If everything continues to go well next week I'll be under contract on the 14 acres, with plans for a home construction loan to follow, and I've got a dozer lined up to clear 3 acres for the farm, the rest will stay wooded.

    I also found a really good poplar on the land and it split years ago and I'm going to put a treehouse there that has a no girls allowed sign.

    My primary knowledge of La Croix is based on whatever poor bastard of a forumer had to buy a lot of it during his post-hurricane cleanup because the stores were out of actual water.

    It was that somehow, from within the derelict-horror, they had learned a way to see inside an ugly, broken thing... And take away its pain.
