Probably. I didn't have it in me to farm a single Sei duplicate in the end. Those numbers are insane.
I'm still a bit upset that those dolls were random drops in the first place. Although I suppose most gacha games would have put them in their premium currency gachas instead.
Is the rateup this weekend only on specific dolls, or is there going to be a general rateup as well?
Yeah, this weekend is just for the new dolls. The odds of rolling a 5* stay the same, but if you roll a 5* it will be more likely to be one of the new dolls.
Also, for the rate ups, there will be a little announcement on the crafting buttons to let you know that a rate up is in effect.
Edit:
We are supposed to get a general rate up later this month, but dates have not been announced yet. It will not overlap with the new doll rate up.

Just pulled Zas M21, so that'll be an interesting thing to set up.

The thing about zas is that you might want three copies of her. One for use in combat since she's pretty decent. Two for zas dragging.
For zas dragging, note that she needs to be 1x linked and have very specific stats for the run. If you level her up too much then it doesn't work anymore. I advise reading a zas dragging guide for details.

Yeah, I had seen something about it in the past. She's on the back burner anyways, since I'd need to clear a couple more night chapters as well.

The catch is that zas dragging is dependent on her grenade wiping out 100% of the tarantulas on the particular night missions. If she's linked or is too strong, then she'll kill some of the tarantulas and then the grenade will target a different mob which places it off center and in turn makes it fail to defeat 100% of the targets.
Zas dragging arguably isn't worth it right now, but that should change in a big way once the chapter 8 night missions are released.

I looked up what the general recipe was, then went to the tab that shows you recent crafts that gave a 5* of a type, found one that matched (or at least was.very close) to the one from the wiki, and favorited it. I've got 1 favorite for each role.

Didn't see the post before I did my first roll, did HG on my first roll, and did get Px4!
I think that it's something new, since old rate ups didn't have such miraculous first roll rates. I would have said something earlier this week if it was something known to me.
When I saw the post on the GFC discord, my initial thought was that it was supposed to be some kind of cruel joke. Then everyone started rolling 5*s on their first rolls.
I got my fingers crossed for you. A lot of people seem to be rolling P90, even outside the alleged "rigged" first roll. It feels like her rate right now cannot be the 0.11% that she allegedly had for her introduction on the CN server. I just have a hard time accepting that so many are that far on the lucky side of the bell curve.
However cms is probably our most versatile main tank option, so she should set you up nicely for defending your AR teams even if you end up needing to level duplicates of her.
For what it's worth, despite P90 hogging the spotlight, it is my opinion that Px4 is the most important doll out of this batch since usually a strong offense is more valuable than a strong defense, and Px4 has some pretty sweet offense potential with her buffs.
I've no luck rolling for Px4, though I did get SAR while rolling HGs.
On the other hand, I've finally got Welrod and Stetchkin, so my second RFHG squad has solidified into those two with a Calico dupe and SVD and T-5000 for rifles.
With the way that the EN server has this delay between doll release and the rate up, and how the claimed new rate up system looks to see if you rolled a copy of the doll already, I wonder if it would be worth doing a crafting splurge on the EN servers prior to rate up in an attempt to roll the 4* units prior to the rate up so that there are only 5*'s left by the time that the rate up rolls around? I may need to give that some more thought.
In other news, I nearly have every pet. I'm just missing five. Four of them are adoptable (Serval, dachshund, chameleon, seal) and one is a reward from the halloween scrapbook for last year's halloween costumes. I don't know if I need the scrapbook reward for expeditions, so I'm gonna ignore it for the foreseeable future. Even if it is a valid expedition pet, it may not be worth unlocking it. This sure ate up a lot of batteries, but I hope that it pays off once we get expeditions in the new client.

So, FAL at 90 with UMP 9 tanking is not really great on 0-2, but seems to handle 5-2e fairly well at least.

I would put her above SOPMOD II currently assuming you are leveling some tdolls that buff FP but once SOPMOD gets her mod 3 that will probably change

regular SMG tanks will dodge but then get hit pretty hard when the jaegers get lucky
